Resourceful, knowledgeable, and the ultimate, caring professional. My power pole got struck by lightening and it blew out my A/C and thermostat. Jeremy with Bluebonnet HVAC saved the day -- and the whole weekend. He was able to get the A/C working even though a part would not be able to arrive for him to install until days later. Bluebonnet HVAC worked a bit of a miracle and I am very grateful.

Jeremy Cook came quickly and knew immediately what was wrong. He obtained the replacement for the broken part and installed it. He actually offered to lend me a portable air conditioner for the weekend. But it was cool enough to be without.

Bluebonnet performed our annual heater checkup. The technician was thorough, knowlegeble and spent the time performing all necessary testing. All is good. We decided to sign up for the annual plan which includes both heater and A/C service. The cost of this was comperable to all the bigger companies that we have used where customer service is often lacking. I highly recommend Bluebonnet, a local service with good customer service and well trained personnel

Fantastic, Awesome, Reliable….! What else does one want from an A/C & Furnace Technician! Jeremy responded quickly, came out same day, to diagnose issue w/Furnace. Determined we needed a Gas Valve, called me next day to tell me cost, reasonable! Installed Valve the next day, 3-days total (came Tues, installed Thur). Felt price was fair, added Service call and we were under $500 Total! Would Highly recommend!!

We have relied on Bluebonnet HVAC for all our HVAC needs for more than 10 years. Jeremy is extremely honest, knowledgeable, and capable. He has a true understanding of how things work and has always given us trustworthy diagnosis and recommendations. He has never tried to sell us new equipment just because that would have been easier and more profitable than repairing the old equipment. Over the years, Jeremy has repaired our furnace when the control board fried, installed a new condenser unit when our old one kicked the can, diagnosed and fixed several "Honey, why won't the heater/AC turn on?" problems, and helped us replace various thermostats when the whim hit us. And he always did the job right the first time around - we never had to have him return to fix a mistake.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. After my old AC went down, I reached out to a well-known company to diagnose the problem, ultimately leading to a strong recommendation for replacement of the full system at a minimum of $12K (you read that right) or an uncertain repair at $3K.

As a single mom, who also happens to have lost her job during COVID, I was panicked at the idea of that kind of expense. Enter Jeremy from Bluebonnet HVAC. He was the 3rd person I had quote the job, but the ONLY one that correctly identified and repaired the problem.

Far from needing a new system, I just needed a new switch on the coil. Jeremy was in my home for less than an hour and in that time he successfully identified the issue, took the time to show and explain to me exactly what was broken, and temporarily repaired my AC to allow it to function until a replacement part arrives. All of this for a $75 (you read that right) service call fee.

I cannot express my gratitude for the honesty, integrity and expertise Jeremy provided. He’s my HVAC guy for life. When my system really does give up the ghost, the business belongs to Bluebonnet HVAC.

Bluebonnet HVAC installed our heating and cooling system years ago and we've used them for maintenance and repairs ever since. They have always been fast, professional and affordable. When the AC went down this week, I was expecting a long wait for service because of the long spell of hellish temperatures we've been having, but Bluebonnet representative, Jeremy Cook, had us back up and cooling within 24 hours after we called him. I'm happy to recommend him and Bluebonnet HVAC.

A week and a half ago, I came home and smelled something burning coming from my AC vents. Since then, I had been going back and forth with my home warranty calling them no less than 5-10 times a day to keep things moving at even the snail's pace they were going. They finally came back and told me that the furnace/unit needed to be replaced. I was told I still had to pay an exorbitant amount out of pocket for this since some parts had to be updated to be compatible with the lower end system they wanted to install (and of course they don't cover those updates, just the replacement part).

We called Bluebonnet HVAC and Jeremy came out the next morning. Within 15-20 minutes, Jeremy was able to tell me that the home warranty's HVAC contractor completely misdiagnosed the issue, which was just that the motor capacitor (I think?) had burned out, not that the whole unit needed replacing. I trusted the word of the home warranty's HVAC guy before, but once Jeremy found and showed the actual issue to me, the previous diagnosis made no sense. In the end, it cost me LESS money to replace the part with Bluebonnet than to go through my home warranty.

It took 2 hours from when Jeremy showed up to when I had working air conditioner again. That includes the hour of travel time for him to go get the part, and the time for him to also do some slight rewiring on the unit to install a Nest thermostat for me while he was here.

Jeremy is very deserving of a 5 star review for how quickly and efficiently he was able to get our air conditioner working again, and how knowledgeable he was. My only regret is I didn't call him sooner so we didn't have to wait a week and a half in Texas summer heat to get our air conditioner back. I will definitely use Bluebonnet/Jeremy again in the future.

It was very hard to find a competent Bryant HVAC company that services Zone systems. After trying one company that charged me to come and and say “We don’t work on these type of systems, but we still charge a trip”; I started calling around and spoke with the owner of Bluebonnet. His communication and timeliness was perfect to my schedule. He was very knowledgeable of my system and told me to not hesitate should something go wrong. He could have told me he had to fix something or made charges I would be unaware of. He showed me my control panel, how it worked and only charged a minimal trip charge. Will absolutely use again and recommend.
