The representative, Huber Gonzalez, was very informative and help us make a good decision to replace the heating and air conditioning systems. We are extremely happy with the unit we chose. The installers of the system were outstanding. They went above and beyond making sure we were happy with the installation. If you need a new AC/Heating system or need maintence on your existing unit, this is the company to trust. Also, the cost of our new unit was very affordable. Thank you Elevation. I live in Lago Vista, my a/c went out & I called Elevation & they could have someone out within 2hrs but I had to work. We set up appointment for 9am the next day & Kevin was here promptly. I have a very old system & he told me what was wrong & didn’t try to get me to buy a new system or anything I didn’t need. We have local companies out here but a few years ago when my system was down I was desperate to find someone to help & all of them were about a week out. I came across Elevation & they have Always been great service, affordable pricing & show up when they say they will… they will Always be my go to company & I tell all my friends about them too. Good, Honest, Reliable Company which is hard to find these days. Thankyou Elevation for getting my house cool again from 88F to 74F again.

It's not easy to find honest HVAC repair people. Most of them will just replace parts and charge you 3 times the cost plus labor. These guys are different. One of our heaters had an issue with the gas valve not opening in really cold temperatures. Huber sent a technician to take a look. He could not replicate the issue. He then checked everything and adjusted the gas pressure and said, if the problem comes again, let them know. Didn't even charge anything. You won't find any better service than these guys.

A huge shout out to Elevation Heating & AC. AC went out on Sunday and Bryan here went the extra mile to make sure we could serve patients on Monday. They are a really well run company with their heart in the right place. Thank you!!!

Excellent response time and service time when we called them for a second quote for a repair on our AC system. Thank goodness we did! We saved $1200 for the exact same repair and work guarantee and got it fixed quicker in 2 days!! The technicians were polite, friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The office staff was AWESOME responding quickly to all our questions and emails. Would most definitely recommend Elevation to anyone for your HVAC needs. High quality, great customer service, and not out to gouge your wallet!!

They came out for same day service. The service member was knowledgeable, answered my questions, and did not try to charge for more repairs than were needed. I will be using them in the future.

Had to replace downstairs unit 3 years ago still works great with no issues. Now our upstairs AC went out and we used Elevation again due to their fair pricing and great customer service. Their friendly technician are very knowledgeable and on time. No extra charge on weekends and very fair prices. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a great AC company with great warranty.

Elevation A/C and Heating Company is knowledgeable, reliable, and communicates promptly with the customer. We have used Elevation services for 5 years. Our two neighbors repeatedly have called Elevation A/C for air-conditioning repairs. Elevation A/C and Heating replaced our Air-Handler (in the enclosed utility room located on the 3rd level flat roof), replaced the Air-Conditioning Unit (outside on the 3rd level roof deck), replaced a coil, installed a thermostat, and answered simple questions regarding settings for both cool air and heat. The owner traveled from Austin to San Antonio, Texas to secure a part during Covid times. The owner secured a crane to hoist these units up to the 3rd level, and was willing to assist a plumber to secure this same crane operator to remove and hoist up water heating tanks to the 3rd level. Since purchasing our house from the previous owner 10 years ago, many flaws have surfaced (including leaks in the roof). With ease, we have accomplished our A/C and heating needs with the quality service provided by Elevation A/C and Heating.

Jorge was great! I called at 8:30 on a Saturday morning, and Jorge arrived at 10:45 am. The airconditioning was fixed by 11:15 am. He explained what he fixed and gave me some tips on how to maintain the unit. The price was very reasonable. The service from Arrow was so much better than I have received from any other appliance service company.

I have used Arrow Service for a few years now. They just came out to service my furnace for the winter checkup, Gorge arrived early, checked out the system, all good! He never tries to sell me something I don’t need. I bought the winter and summer service for $99, great price. This summer I will have them back out to check my air conditioner.

We had a bad experience with the company that installed our unit. We called and they never showed up. Then 5 days in a guy showed up that was not even an HVAC guy. Got another Compsny to set an appt but it was 3 weeks out (w no AC). They called the 3 days Bedford our scheduled spot and told us we were not in their service area.

In a panic I found Arrow, I called and they were here the next morning. The Tech and his son went to work and 40 mins later we were working perfectly! The cots of repairs were a lot less than we thought they might be. Tech offered some tips as well to help us run efficiently! Great service and a great company! Would highly recommend!

My experience with Arrow Service Center met and exceeded my expectations. They were communicative, polite, attentive and helped resolve our AC unit replacement quickly and efficiently, as well as affordably. Any time I need any major appliance repair/maintenance, this company is who I would go to.

We had a condensation leak from our AC unit installed by another AC service company. After 4 service calls they still could not fix the leak. We called Arrow and the service technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the leak. Excellent service at reasonable rates. Arrow has a new customer.

Arrow services was the first listing I came across. I'm truly glad they were. Michael came out Saturday afternoon (I called that morning). He was professional practices social distancing and wore a mask. He told me what was wrong with my ad and why the system needed to be replaced. He ordered the parts and was back bright and early Monday to install. He finished in just four hours and did a great job. I feel like I got a great deal on the system and if I ever need service again you can get I will definitely call Arrow again.

Kyle showed up on time and was courteous and professional. That’s important to me. I got a reasonable price for the repairs that were needed. He did a great job and I will recommend Arrow Service to friends and family and anyone that will listen!

I had a great experience with Arrow Service Center. I called them and they were able to send somebody right over who was finish another job. I believe they use their people efficiently. They sent that person over instead of possibly sending another person from their main office. I just had a 30 minute wait. I might have been lucky but that is still working efficiently.
As for the work. I explained to the technician what was going on, he went to work and 30 minutes later he got it to work and told me what was wrong. It turned out that the outside breaker to my furnace was bad. I had previously looked at it and it didn't look tripped. He had to trip it 3-4 times to get it to work and told me it needed to be replaced. The previous folks that replaced the breaker used a 50 Amp breaker instead of, what the technician said it needed to be, 60 Amp.
Even though they are not allowed to get into the breaker box, I was able to replace and it's been working fine ever since.
How much did I get charged, you may ask. Before that, let me say that I called another service center and they wanted $125 to come out and check it. Arrow charged me $69.
Did all the stars fall in place when I decided to get my furnace checked out? Maybe. But for a ~1 hour from call to finish and get charged only $69, I don't care. Arrow Service Center did a great job. I give them A++++

Thank you Arrow Service Center. I appreciate their expedient service and repair. On the first call, I was given a two hour window and Jorge arrived within 15 minutes of the first hour. As it turned out, I needed more work and they worked with Total Protect and installed a whole new unit. The estimation time for ordering and installing would be either Friday or Saturday morning. Arrow Service, Jorge, came out on Thursday morning at 7:30 and were completed by 10 AM. Excellent response and completion. This is a follow-up to my previous review of Arrow Service Center of 2016. On Monday, 9/16/19, I had an issue with the fan that runs with my AC and furnace. I called Total Protect/Cross Country home warranty and I requested that they send Arrow Service because of my previous favorable experience with them. My request was granted and that afternoon, Jorge with Arrow Service came by. He diagnosed my issue and by Wednesday afternoon, my unit was up and running. I cannot give enough accolades to Arrow Service. Thank you Al and Jorge for all your great customer service and expedient response to resolve my issue. I highly recommend Arrow Service Center for your AC and furnace repairs. Louis Cuevas
