Built a little mechanic shed out back and Lucky’s did the slab foundation. I had a specific layout in mind and they nailed it. No cracks, no weird leveling issues. The concrete looks good and feels solid under the weight of my tools and jack. Would 100% call them again.

Our old patio was falling apart, so we demoed it and had Lucky’s pour a brand new one. Jason helped us plan the layout to make better use of space. The finish has a subtle texture that looks great and isn’t slippery. Whole crew was respectful and chill to work with. It honestly transformed our backyard.

We’re redoing the landscaping at our duplex and have added a new walkway for tenants. Lucky’s helped us make it wide enough for moving bins and strollers, which was super thoughtful. They left no mess and were done faster than expected. The crew even called after to check in and make sure we were happy. Very impressed with how smooth it all went.

The sales team was great, but I feel like they over promised and under delivered. The installers missed attention to details. My roof shingles are staggered in colors but the ridgecaps are sloppy; they do not alternate in color like my neighbor's roofs. As a professional tradesman this makes me believe it was rushed, not properly planned or unsupervised. This makes me wonder if the roof will last as long as advertised.

I brought this up to the sales team, they kicked it over to the installers, they in turned blamed the warehouse who then in turned blamed the manufacturer. Nothing was resolved, the installers then offered to do the job right but threatened that they would no longer guarantee the roof's integrity, resulting in forfeiture of the warranty. I refused, they left it as is and now I have to look at mismatched shingles all because their foreman was out on another job and the lead man on this crew was green.

I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing. Dustin Tippett was very professional and understanding of our needs and situation. He didn't make us feel pressured and he was very committed. I would definitely choose Best Choice Roofing again if and when the time comes.
