Tech was 20 minutes late and we got no phone call to let us know. Camcelled the appointment. Services like these need to understand we don't all work from home and have to take off work for these appointments. The woman who answered the phone didn't apologize and proceeded to tell me their techs are contracted out - good detail to know about this business; that doesn't make it ok to not call when you're going to be late. Asked for the owner to call me - haven't heard a word.

I just love their staff! I love that the owner comes out to do every bid, stays active and on top of things, and talks so respectfully to everyone. I love that every time I call the office to schedule something, I am greeted with the sweetest voice and always makes me feel like she is so happy to talk to me. I love their service, the cleans are always amazing, they get here quickly when there is an emergency, and their housekeepers are great! Even if something wasn't done as well as we wanted, he immediately sends someone back to re-do it. I could not be happier with this place!

Very happy with the cleanliness of my front sidewalk and driveway. Josh with ProClean was very professional and took time to prep the front protecting the outlet before cleaning the sidewalk. Didn’t think I needed this service until I saw the ‘after’ pictures.

I had requested a power washing of my driveway and sidewalk. Joshua was prompt, professional and friendly. He did a meticulous job and the results were great. We also discussed my gutters and I asked him to return and clean the gutters. His work ethic was the same with this task. All done quickly and professionally and cleaned up completely.
