My pool was running 1 hour before my last service call only for me to be told afterwards it was not and that I needed a new capacitor. They wanted to charge me $150 to replace a $25 part to have someone come back out the next day. I opted to simply cancel my service. The owner, Blake, goes out of his way to promote his faith and assure you he's a God fearing man. Oh how that changes when you cancel. Once I did that he repeatedly said to me all "yall" are the same. That prompted me to ask this man of God what he meant by "yall" and what group/category was he putting me into. I never got an answer to my inquiry. He just continued to repeat all "yall" are the same. Customers should know who they're actually working with before agreeing to service.

Pool pros has a been a great company to service my pool, Ramzey is a my guy!!! He always checks in with me before going into my backyard because he knows I have large protective dogs and he has done a great job in turning my pool around and keeping it crystal clear after every weekly cleaning. I would highly recommend this company, 10 out of 10!

Blake and his team of pros have been incredible. We were referred to Pool Pros by word of mouth and I can see why.

Our previous service was done by our builder and when the three free months of service ran out we were quick to find a much better solution. Not only was the cost service through Pool Pros more reasonable, they were honest and reliable. Blake and his team true to their word show up nearly the same time every week and leave the pool sparkling clean. They back up their work with photos of all the skimmer & pump baskets and robot emptied as well as a photo of the clean pool and filter pressure.

Interestingly, my rates did not seem to increase this season because of any chlorine shortages unlike a few other friends that have not made the switch to Pool Pros.

After the winter storm I had some minor damage to some plumbing for my booster pump. Pool Pros had it fixed in no time for a reasonable price.

You can't go wrong with Blake and team. If I have any questions or concerns, they are quickly addressed.

I have used Pool Pros for over 2 yrs now. This is my first pool. All the staff has been amazing with answering all my questions, educating me where necessary and consistently providing exceptional communication and service. Scheduling service and repairs has been extremely easy and prompt.

We've been with Pool Pro's for years and haven't had anything but amazing things to say about them. Decided to call around when we first built our pool to see who could service and manage our pool on a weekly basis. Talking with the Owner, Blake, eased any questions I had and was extremely comforting based on his knowledge of pool's. They're an easy choice moving forward. These guys can do it all! Pool Pro's has us on a scheduled weekly pool service and also filter cleaning's but if it needs cleaning sooner, they get it scheduled quickly. Thanks, Blake! Yall are the best!
