Zero customer service. Called and emailed multiple times for an estimate. Company no showed on appointment. No response or call back. I am honestly shocked at the lack of care. Would never use if that is how they treat someone before they even start.

I had a unidentified leak in my pool where I was losing 2" of water per day. I contacted Superior as recommended by my Dad. Stacy, the owner put me in contact with Rebecca who got me on the schedule a few days later. Trent and Smitty got the leak identified and fixed in 3 hours! Thankfully the leak was in the yard, and no concrete had to be removed! My yard looked untouched as they left! Great knowledge, and they had all the tools on hand. I could not be happier with their service! Highly recommended!!!

Finally...after an absurd amount of searching, I have found a professional pool restoration company. Mitch came out yesterday to look at my leaking spa and was able to locate a crack in a jet fitting right away. He patched it on the spot but was also honest in saying that in the next few years the spa was going to need re-plumbing.

He’s knowledgeable and helpful. What surprised me the most (sorry if I’m stereotyping) was that he was well groomed and had an immaculate truck. Seriously professional pool service.

I called from Fort Lauderdale Florida because, although I thought it was a great way to fix my problem, I could not find anyone locally for a second quote who did what a local company proposed. On the web, I found a picture of this company doing the same kind of repair. When I called and explained my situation, the owner and service manager were welcoming. The service manager spent about 10 minutes answering my questions and giving feedback. That is a wonderful reflection on great people and how much they care.

I am skeptical of most Pool Service Companys. They do everything they can to take advantage customers by charging too much and recommending unnecessary items. Superior was just the opposite with my first experience, so five stars will be reserved for future visits. Robertson pools told me I needed to replace my board for $2,500. The tech at Superior came out and told me my internet transmitter needed to be replaced and told me I could do it myself for less money. I ended up changing the battery and everything worked . Make your own judgment on the difference between the companies, but integrity matters..

I had a service call to check out why my heater was not working and with no call they replaced some O-rings on a completely different unit and charge me almost $200 for three O-rings. They did quote me on replacing my heater for thousands of dollars. After calling around to no less than 10 other companies to get a quote Superior Pool Service came in $1000 more than the next closest quote. If you want to company that thinks a lot of themselves and reflects it through the price then these are your people. I was a customer of three years with them paying $200 - $250 a month for pool cleaning. I have since moved companies for $140 a month I receive more service and they take photographs of when they get here and leave.

I can't praise them enough - they have been servicing my pool for years now and I can't imagine ever changing. They are responsive when you call - never get a voicemail, understand when I have questions to get me answers that I need, and are always consistent with looking out for my best interests when replacing equipment that has expired. I've over the years had them replace a lot of my equipment and my pool after service sparkles and shines until the following week. I'd highly recommend them - and have really good experiences with Rebecca going the extra mile in the office when mother nature decided to wreck my pool. They put in extra visits to make sure it got back to perfect. Highly recommend them!

When I bought a house with a salt water pool, I hired a pool company to come to my house and give me a lesson on the equipment as I had never maintained a salt water pool. I thought it was helpful, but future experience with that company proved disappointing with the quality of work and the reliability of the service. After a second company could not fix an issue we had, we called Superior. The service representative, Cole, not only fixed out issue...but informed us that our pool could settings could be configured for more optimal performance. He clearly explained why he recommended different schedules and now our pool looks better, requires less chemicals, and is easier to maintain thanks to his advice.

Elizabeth has been a delight to coordinate with regarding our service needs. She is friendly, prompt and always follows up. She went above and beyond for us and this company, as well as Elizabeth deserves the praise. You won't be disappointed with using this service.

We had Superior Pools out to do a repair on our pool. Casey was our contact and scheduled Fernando and Adrian i think his name was, hope I don't have that wrong. Anyway, let me tell you about these guys. Above and beyond phenomenal service! The guys were great, professional and I am a happy customer. They finished two days before the sleet started a few weeks ago. That was the day I was filling the pool. It wouldn't turn on because the crew winterized it so with no techs around, Casey drove like 30 min to an hour each way from home in the starting sleet to turn my pool on after trying to walk me through it on the phone. That is the service you will get. They helped me with my problem and took great care of me as a customer. I would recommend them 100%! THANK YOU SUPERIOR POOLS!

Mitch has done an excellent job of training his technicians. Superior Pools have the best techs around. Always a call when they arrive and a call when they leave. I’ve recently had to spend quite a bit of money upgrading my older pool’s electronics. Well worth it. No telling how much money they’ve saved me in the past so when I’ve had to spend money I totally trust them and take their word for it! And I am a miser!! Elizabeth is the best!!!!

We have had a great experience so far. Trent was very thorough and honest with the leak detection test. Phillip handled invoicing well. The invoice was extremely detailed and much appreciated. They only allow up to $500 on a debit card without a transactional fee, but they are open to accepting checks. Overall, great experience thus far.

This is the only company in DFW to use for leak detection! Trust me, I have tried an alternative. Superior Pool Service is just that, SUPERIOR! They are honest, knowledgeable and really know their leak detection! I'm sure they know much more but this is what I inquired about. Their office staff (Eileen) was extremely helpful, listened to my concerns, she was kind, informative, transparent and explained the process to me. Trevor came to our home to do the leak detection. He called when he was headed my way and was stellar! He tested our line, checked the corresponding equipment and gave me honest, knowledgeable results. He really knows pools and seemed to be an expert in his industry. I will only be using Superior Pool Service for any leak detection or repairs that I may need. They are honest, reliable and straight shooters. Thank you Eileen and Trevor for a superior experience!

My last pool company left my pool equipment a mess. Rocky came out and couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful, and determined to make everything work properly. I was honestly shocked, after all the terrible service I’ve received from other companies. Thank you Rocky!! You’re the best!!

Used Superior Pools for the first time to handle a Pentair warranty problem . Service was great from office personnel to Rocky in the field. Rocky was outstanding and handled another problem for us. Great to find a company with employees that know their job and care about customers. Will definitely use again and would recommend totally.

Brian and Kacey were great to work with. Very communicative and honest people. We had tiles replaced, regrout, skimmers redone, and pavers leveled around the deck area and all were done quickly and professionally! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend Superior to anyone in need of pool service or work.

We have used Superior for years and have consistently been impressed with their service. I’m sorry for not leaving a review sooner! Elizabeth has been our point of contact for many of those years and has always been patient with our questions. All of our techs are considerate and friendly. We love that Superior handles everything and stays on top of our needs. We highly recommend them and wouldn’t think of using anyone else!!

i switched to superior pools back in march .. i can finally trust a pool company again.. i dealt with a horrible company before that made me nervous to trust a new company ..
