If I could give zero stars I would. Republic's personell dropped and shattered a bunch of glass in my driveway, the street, and a bunch in my front yard. Additionally, in an attempt to what I can only assume was to hide their mistake, they moved the trashcan away from the glass in attempt to make it look like they didn't do it. Posting this to all of their locations for visibility. Absolutely unacceptable service and conduct.

City of Carrollton needs to drop this joke of a company! They missed our entire street and trying to get them to come back is a joke! You’re in the right business cause your company is trash for sure! And beyond lazy!

No good. They don't care about their customer but they care about charging bill high more and more.
Do not use this company, please.
There are a lot of other company better than this.

Do they have a working phone? Can they afford a voice mail service or at minimum a message that says we are out of the office and not just ringing until the call times out. If you have another option there is a reason they have a 1.9 score.

Might be the worst trash company on the planet. Drivers are lazy and purposely ignore any trash that makes the do any extra work. Even after an ice storm they can’t do their jobs properly. I wish we had the option to choose a different company because I 100% would. Definitely do not recommend…….

I was driving on State Highway 121 from Lewisville heading towards the colony. when a tool fell off a dump truck and caused a flat tire on my van. I attempted to contact the company to report the incident and discuss a resolution, but unfortunately, my call was not answered. I hope the company will take responsibility for the damage and provide a suitable solution. Disappointed with the lack of response.

I will upload a photo of my tire later today after work when I go pick up my van.

So here is an update. I have sent an email, I have tried calling. I was told the issue would be taken care of in 3 business days it has now been a week.

To add to the horrible service provided by this company they dropped old flooring all over my neighborhood just now. Maybe if they slowed down and didn’t take a speed bump at 20 mph they would not fling things out of the back of their truck. I pay way too much money a month to be getting my car damaged and trash left on my streets.

The worst trash service in the entire DFW!!! They have driven through my front yard leaving 10 inch deep tire marks and refuse to help and then was ghosted by the are supervisor. I spent over 2 hours fixing it. Just 2 days ago hit my tree and ripped out a huge branch and left it in the street. The compliant I filed has been pending for over 2 days and made 2 calls with no response even when I asked for a call back. The Worst!

If I could give a ZERO I would! After saying they were coming Monday, LAST Monday and calling numerous times .y trash still sits! Everyday they're coming! Now they can pay the violation from my HOA!!! I would drive it myself before using Republic!! I even used them as a property manager. We switched!! Residential is NO DIFFERENT. Awful customer service. They do not care and lie. To think, you pay them for a service you don't recieved. They say they picked up and obviously didn't. They say it wasn't in the road, every excuse they can come up with but not with this girl. I'm going to happily pay more for a better service! You get what you pay for guys! I have the pictures of the days still not picked up! Well it's 4/27/26 I call, email and no changes. Again, recycling no picked up and they took my trash can AGAIN!! Now what, 3rd time I have no trash can. I'll wait like last time it took days and I had a junk yard of trash bags and it's 91 outside. I am going to have to change companies, I really didn't want to but I am. This is crazy. If they had a guy outside the truck like other companies the big issues wouldn't happen.

Shaquan at Tru Green does a great job keeping our mosquitos away! We Love the mosquito Free Lawn they offer at Tru Green! We have been using them for years and Love how well the treatment works!!!

Andrew was very thorough and walked through all the details with me. He did a great job of letting me know where the problem areas and spots were as well as what was going on with the lawn.

Very pleased with service tech Amanda Graham. She actually took the time to explain what her plans were and said she would do her best to get rid of the pesky mosquitoes. Asked me to hold off watering for 24 to 48 hours for best results, but would be glad to follow up if I continued having problems. - thanks

Cameron is a great representative for TruGreen. Explained options. Estimated square footage to be treated (I had no idea). Described a few invasive insects that could damage lawn. Also gave me a choice of whether to treat now or later for bugs(now). Very impressed with his knowledge.

Trevon was, friendly and very helpful with some areas of concern. He researched and found the best method to combat the areas we were discussing and got back to me promptly with helpful ideas and different methods he could help out with.. Thank you for coming out and doing such a thorough job.

The lawn was “treated” on 4/5. These weeds were never treated. These pics were taken on 4/9. Weeds are still alive and kicking.

I’ve had TruGreen taking care of the fertilizer and weed control started this year early and it was a good choice our lawn has improved considerably and I’m sure as we go into Fall and next year it will be looking even better than before!

Delon does a great job. For years we have struggled with others who did not spray the entire yard. Delon has always been very polite and a great worker. Thanks, Delon!!

In mid-August, TruGreen aerated my yard. in moving the machine to my back yard, the technician tore up an area that had ground cover cloth covered with gravel. The only number I could reach was the main call center. I had no results or communication until today, when the technician came to aerate my yard again. After I sent him away, I called what I thought was a local office, was transferred and hung up on. On the second call, I was transferred to the local manager's number, and got the "Leave a detailed message and we will get back to you within a day" message. I called the main number again, and was told that someone would come to repair it, and I should hear from them in the next three days. The lawn service is decent, but the communication with customers is probably the worst on the plane.

WAY overpriced with pushy sales dept. Killed my yard and I spent the next year getting back thanks to ChatGPT. Just ask AI what to do with your yard and you’ll save 80%

Today, 06/2024, was a great visit from Jason. This was the first time meeting him in 6 months of service. Overall I'm 75% satisfied with the service. For the cost, I still have weeds and dry/burn spots. There's still nicer lawns in my neighborhood and I might ask the owners what service they use. I really expected a better looking lawn.

The Tech was very knowledgeable about the new grass we just had installed and he was very friendly and did a great job!

Amanda is great to work with. She provides excellent customer service and always positive attitude. Glad we have her doing our mosquito service.
