Amanda G. Always does an excellent job of spraying areas in my yard that are conducive for mosquitoes. She carefully checked the different spots and sprayed accordingly. Exceptional service!

I love how I’m notified a couple days before service is due and I don’t have to be available. The Specialist Seth and the other gentlemen (who completed my first treatment) explain everything and answer all my questions. This is my first year using TruGreen and I am very happy with the results. I have a stubborn patch in front and it’s definitely improving. I receive a text when the Specialist arrives and one when the service is complete. Also the Specialist leaves a printed copy of service provided. Very professional, very knowledgeable and I love how my front lawn and backyard looks.

I did not see the service man come, treat or leave. He said he knocked on my door. I didn’t hear him. I do have a doorbell and it does work. Perhaps I was in the bathroom at the time. Anyway, I assume he completed his job without difficulty. So that’s good.

Someone was supposed to come and do my lawn yesterday. they charged me $100 for essentially doing nothing. He never came in my backyard never or went to the back gate. I was home the entire time my office space faces backyard window. I could tell no one came in. They did not leave any indication that they did any service like they typically do Plastic pegs in the ground. This is corrupt and criminal business practice. They should not be in business. I’m canceling service immediately and so should everyone else.

My cottonwood trees were being attacked by a big, ugly beetle and billions of aphids. I ordered tree And shrub care from my TruGreen app at midnight ish Monday night. By 10 AM the next morning my Rep Pat shows up from Trugreen. He gets me all signed up in no time and then the next morning 9 AM Tyrone the tree tech shows up and puts a smack down on those little bastards!!!!
Y'all, from ordering online Within 48 hours, my trees are treated and going to survive! Way to show everybody what customer service looks like Trugreen hats off. I appreciate you.!!!

We love the Tru Green services they will work with you to ensure they are meeting all of your needs. They will come back out if they need to and we appreciate that. Taylor conducted a mosquito service today . After all the rain recently this is super beneficial

I was leary at first as my lawn was not looking great. My technicians told me if the process and that it would take some time to improve and react to the treatments. I am glad I listened to their guidance as the lawn is looking great and a lot better than many of my neighbors 😀

My TruGreen Service Professional is awesome. Andre explains the service and products that will help my lawn stay green and healthy. I hope Andre will provide my service in the future.

Cornelius was our technician and he was very helpful and provided advice on how to fill in bare patches in our front yard, did a great job and even aerated the front yard which is maintained by the HOA without having been asked to do so just because it needed it. Thank you for great service!

I haven’t even officially used their services yet, but I absolutely have to get on here and tell you about Mr. Pat. Pat came out after I did a quote on the site the day previous. He was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my quote (new build so the boundaries online weren’t exactly what we needed treated) and explained the process. After we signed up, on his way out of the back gate to leave he spotted about a 4ft snake in our yard. We just moved and have absolutely no experience with snakes and a young daughter who plays in the yard religiously. He immediately went to the empty lot beside us, dug put a piece of rebar and sprang into action! I know pest control isn’t on the service list, but Pat is a gem and truly spared me the heart attack last night! That man deserves some recognition for SERIOUSLY going above and beyond! If his personality and knowledge didn’t already secure us as customers, his willingness to help definitely would have! Don’t call poor Pat over for pest control, but do give him a call for any lawn treatment 🙂

Be careful with TrueGreen. On one visit they charged me for a service that was never done. My wife received a text message that the technician arrived at my house. When I checked my camera it shows the technician driving to the front of my house and sat there for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes he drove off and my wife received a text message that the service was complete and charged me for the service. I called in to complain and to cancel but I decided to give them one more chance after they work to make it right. They came the week after and completed the service that they got paid for. And at last they came to do my fertilizer a different time and without my approval they did an aeration on my yard and charged me $214 for the fertilizer and aeration. I went ahead and canceled services. I cannot keep a company that I can’t trust.

Service professionals are good but billing and cancelations when you receive wrong service package is challenging

Indicated on a survey that I had an issue with a spot that was deadening in the yard. And the national headquarters reached out immediately, followed by the next day a call from the local office. The local licensed administrator, Andy reached out and had a gentleman on site day three to review the non-growth area in my yard. Which had actually started to show signs of growth within the last 3 to 4 days after treatment and things are on the mend!

Every person that has come to the house to spray has been very nice. And they have been in uniform and very professional. Today they came and sprayed all of my trees and shrubs. I’m very happy with TruGreen.

POOR Service ALERT ‼ if you are in the True Green service area that is handled by the Lewisville Branch. Be aware that it's the worst service I ever experience with lawn care and tree scrub service. Unreliable Branch Serve horrible communication, or the lack of !!
Poor Customer Service from the national call center down to the Branch management. I will never sign up for True Green service in the Dallas Area again. The worst I've ever experienced
Huge turn over, I never seen the same tech twice. That says a-lot about Branch Management!!

Mr Aubrey is a lawn specialist from True Green assigned to help rejuvenate our lawn. He takes pride in his work, is customer focused & excellent at his assignment. We feel fortunate to have such a qualified individual assigned to assist us in turning our yard around.

It’s difficult to say which is worse, scenario one or scenario two. I’ll let you decide.
1. Tru Green came to the house and performed a granular fertilization service this week. It’s easy to see as often times you’ll see loose granules on the sidewalk. However, looking at my back yard, which was open, there wasn’t a granule anywhere to be found in the usual places. So I called and complained and two days later they came back to complete the service.
2. Once the service was completed, I immediately got a text message saying, “your free service has been completed”. Wait, what? I paid for that service so what about the service was free?

I have been using TruGreen for several years now and they have always done a great job with my lawn. My TruGreen expert has been Chris for the entire time and is very thorough and patient in answering my questions—We live in the country and I don’t have a sprinkler system for the approximately 1 acre they treat. This presents a challenge during some of the drier months, but Chris and the TruGreen app and customer service makes it easy to reschedule when needed. Very happy and will continue using TruGreen for my lawn and tree treatment.

Technician did a great job. He remembered me having new seed in my backyard during his spring visit and double checked with me to be sure I wanted the backyard treated today. That's good customer service.

Manuel was very professional and gave me good information about what he was doing before he started and what he did after he finished. He did what I expected, and was above and be all in his duties. I would like to have him every time for my treatments. Trugreens customer service has been outstanding since I have been using them.
