So pleased with Frost service. Johnny, Michael, Marlon and Carlos were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. They installed 2 new condensers and coils so our AC is working more efficiently. They worked hard all day in the heat to make sure it was working properly! Thank you!!!

My AC had an issue, I called Frost just before 5pm and Diego was at my house within 45 minutes (ish). Frost Air is great! We have them do maintenance every 6 months but had a small issue with cooling yesterday. I called last night and this morning our great technician Diego showed up earlier than expected. He promptly repaired the problem which was covered under warranty and had us cooling off in no time.

Great operation from web portal to install team led by Jonny Marlon.
Heater went down at 3:30AM, (33-Degrees) left message on web Portal and the team scheduled a call first thing and replaced the old heater in the ceiling / attic by 1:00PM with a brand new unit.

Not the first time they have responded perfectly either. The AC units take a beating here in TX and even the best manufacturers need great service support teams to maintain their equipment. Frost AC, does a great job managing and maintaining theses systems.

I work in the industrial world of controls (SCADA) and system automation and these guys are great at what they do for residential & commercial!

Excellent response from the company, called them 7AM in the morning, by 10AM they were assessing the problem with the heater issue and system, unfortunately my unit was 17 years old and at this point it needed to be replaced, Frost was able to come back the same day, 2 hours later and start working in replacing the whole system, they worked relentlessly until they finished that whole installation the same night which it took ~7 hours. They did a fine job at the end. Price on the whole system was cheaper than other companies wanted to perform the same job and the crew Jonny, Marlon, Michael, Gustavo and sentil handled their job in a very professional matter. We recently had an HVAC replaced as well as attic insulation with Frost AC. They were fantastic! The crew was very professional and friendly. Johnny, Micheal, Marlon and Carols were wonderful. Without a doubt, Frost is a small business worthy of switching immediately from your current service. I had an amazing plumber (Wayne from Legacy) recommend them so passionately I had to call Frost, and after two visits I can wholeheartedly agree.

Gus and Diego have come promptly both times and are friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They’re quiet and respectful of their surroundings.

They accept check or card which is nice because on rare occasions I haven’t been able to locate my checkbook. They didn’t shame me into “we prefer you write a check” it was honestly “whatever is convenient” and I felt that was true. I write checks to be helpful since I know cards cost them. Tiny thing, but noteworthy.

Small businesses are more attentive and want to reach a fair solution. It always shows in their work. I’ve grown weary of bigger companies doing a sloppy job and then having to look for someone else to come fix a bigger mess.

Heater went out first cold night. Frost came next day to assess, left space heater for warmth, installed new system next day. GREAT PEOPLE to work with, courteous, informative, polite, well trained and certified--they know their stuff. Good prices & warranties too.

You cannot ask for a better heating and air company than Frost Heating and Air. They are honest, they are fair on price and do not over charge. The team is super friendly, quick and they clean up after themselves. Shawn the owner is absolutely amazing! You can’t ask for a better company! I was very impressed and very pleased with the service that I received from frost ac. Jonny and Marlon were here early and they were ready to get started. They were very considered of my home by putting on shoe covers they kept my doors closed as they went in and out the house and they were just very professional individuals. Marlin thoroughly went over with me how to work the thermostat, and Johnny was very nice about spraying my attic for some wasps that he had seen up there. This is the fourth air-conditioning unit that I have bought from Frost AC over the years. The reason I continue to go back to frost is because of their honesty, integrity, and professionalism, regardless of whom from their company I have worked with.
The most recent purchase included replacing the AC system in our latest home. My install team consisted of Jonny and Marlon. They explained the whole process of what they were going to do, thoughtfully answered each of our questions, and graciously complied with some minor requests on the placement of ductwork.

These guys are great from start to finish. Had a new unit put in after they diagnosed and showed me the leaking coil. I figured I'd pay more to get a new system instead of just an expensive patch. We contacted Frost Heating & Air to replace our A/C unit. They sent Selvim to inspect and review our options. Selvim, who was knowledgeable, made it easy to decide what I needed. The crew came out the next day.
