It is not everyday you experience a service contractor who hits all the marks, but Shawn and Aaron at Frost did just that. They were punctual, professional, and have a ton of experience between them. I've used them now for three projects, three different AC units at different houses. Two they were able to repair very cost effectively, without trying to upsell me to a new unit. The other unfortunately did require a new unit (it was 25 yrs old and on life support) but even then they took the time to lay out my options in terms easy to understand and answer all of my questions. I will definitely be using them for all of my future HVAC needs.

Recently need two units replaced.
I was looking for a new hvac company as my old guy sold out. I contacted Frost Brothers. Ashley Frost was open and honest and communicated effectively. Diego and his crew did a great job with the installation. I was very impressed with the young man and his professionalism. I would definitely recommend this installation team. Thanks guys for all your hard work.

Marlon, Jonny & Michael were fantastic. They were on time and cleaned up when they left.

More importantly the install looks great. My previous furnace looked like it was held together by bubblegum and baling wire . The new furnace install looks professionally done and rock solid.

Also a shout out to our technician Selvin who identified the problem and came out on a hot Saturday afternoon when our AC died on us.

One other comment is how quiet the York outdoor condenser’s are. Much quieter than my Trane or Lennox unit

I’ve been a Frost customer for over 15 years in 3 different homes and Frost is our trusted go to for new units and well as maintenance and/or repair! Their maintenance program is wonderful! Selvin comes twice a year to make sure our units stay in great condition as he provides a thorough inspection and changes our filters. Recommend 10/10! Both Selvin and Frost!

We had our AC go out during a climbing heat wave. So we called Frost AC and in less than 15 min Diego and Gustavo were here diagnosing our problem. The repair took less than 30 minutes and the price was reasonable. Would recommend their service to anyone in need.

The new systems work great and the installation looks super clean (much improved over my old setup). Highly recommend!

Frost Heating & Air has been very professional and I have been impressed. The pricing was good and they were very thorough with the entire process of installing 2 new AC units. We also got the extended warranty and they come out twice a year for maintenance and replacing of filters. Selvin Corado has been my technician for every check up and he is pleasant and goes above and beyond and answers all my questions. I would highly recommend Frost! 5 stars for sure!

The guys a Frost saved us. We noticed on Monday afternoon that our AC wasn't functioning well. We had a big party planned at our house on Saturday. Called for Service and they came out on Tuesday to diagnose and returned Wednesday morning with the install. Marlon and Jonny came and installed. Very professional, kept things clean and quickly had everything operational. Will definitely be using Frost again!!

We had a great experience with Frost. They came out at 8pm on a Tuesday night. Diego Hernandez was professional, courteous, and thorough. He took the time to explain what was going on with our system and even shared some good advise on how to extend the life of our system. Very glad we chose Frost and we'll be using them from now on for all our HVAC needs.

Marlon and Jonny showed up to replace my AC unit on a rainy Saturday. These young men were extremely professional. Introduced themselves, told me what to expect. Took great care to protect my hardwood floors and cleaned up everything before leaving. I have used FrostAC several times over the years. They consistently exceed expectations!

I got connected with Frost through my insurance hail damage claim. My outside unit got pretty wrecked and they were the contractor that came out to evaluate and handle the job.

Frost Heating & Air worked with York to get a brand new system at a fair price point. Jonny, Marlon and Michael worked all day in the most ridiculous heat.

Frost is BY FAR the best HVAC company I’ve worked with. Shawn was incredibly responsive from the first outreach, took the time to explain and assess with me and made everything so easy. I called two others and didn’t even get quotes back before Shawn already had his crew here to install. His professionalism is unmatched - even after we had spoken twice, sent me a text the weekend before install confirming everything. He answers my (many) questions right away and has been a joy to do business with. His also was the only company who covered their shoes upon entering my house and took great care in keeping everything as clean as possible. Finally, his crew was amazing. SO incredibly polite and professional. I can’t say enough positive things about Frost!

Excellent Experience with Frost. They replace our whole system and all new duct work. Marlon and Jonny were very professional and did a wonderful job on the installation. Gus and Shawn both had to come back out to make small adjustments on the new system and they were very fast with the responses and adjustments. I can't recommend them enough, I've been telling everyone I know to use Frost.
