We are in Lewisville and worked with Alfredo and Carter to have some maintenance done on our unit. Both were very professional, helpful, and informative. Would recommend and use this company again.

I had two full systems installed and recently one of them went out unexpectedly. With their service plan Prime came out for free and Chase did a great job solving the issue (which luckily was minor). He went above and beyond to make sure the unit was serviced and everything was running properly. Very glad we chose to go with Prime.

We woke up this morning to one of the AC units not working. After some basic troubleshooting, I realized it had escalated over my pay grade so I gave Prime AC a call since I had used them in the past. They had Alfredo out within an hour which was great. Turned out that the unit's fan was dead and there was also a leak in the freon coils. After going over all the options, I decided to just bite the bullet and get a new system since mine was getting pretty old. I will admit to a bit of sticker shock; it was three times the price from the last time I had to do an AC install on another house. One nice thing was that I was able to finance it for 18 months with no interest to spread the pain out a little. Anyway, right in the middle of me filling out the paperwork for the financing, the guy asked if today was ok to install it. I was a little taken aback sine the day was already half over and figured it would take some time, but said sure. Long story short, these guys showed up at 3:15pm and finished around 11:15pm. They were professional and kept the house clean. At the end they walked me through all the pieces and got my phone hooked up to the new smart thermostat. I appreciate the effort and time they took to get the job done. Shout out to Kevin and Alfonso for their installation and to Anthony for having to come out so late to verify everything was installed and working and all my questions were answered.

Jason R. was an awesome tech. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and came back the next day to make the repair. Jason saved me a bunch of money by checking the manufacture warranty so the parts didn't cost me anything. Would recommend.

Update 2/14/26: Prime AC called and decided to honor what their sales person promised me, which was the inclusion of free cleaning services for the life of the unit, priced for almost $16,000. Told them to send an email to document it. Hopefully no more issues moving forward. At my age and health, I don’t need this kind of stress.

(Beware. Cannot be trusted. Salesperson will excite you into replacing ac with promise of free cleaning services included only to be billed later a separate amount. Taking advantage of disabled senior citizen. Overpriced.)

Great experience. Quick to schedule my appointment early on a Sunday in the middle if the winter storm. Chase did a great job and was willing to take time and give me tips on preventative maintenance.

I had the pleasure of working with Coby from Prime HVAC and had a great experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got the problem fixed quickly. From scheduling the appointment to the actual service, everything went smoothly. The whole team was friendly, honest, and easy to communicate with. I’d 100% recommend Prime HVAC to anyone looking for reliable and quality service.

Update: These guys keep doing an amazing job! We needed a new unit installed and the crew came the same day and worked efficiently and professionally. Carter came after to do a quality control inspection. He walked us through the new system and answered all our questions. Definitely continue to recommend!

Anythony with Prime Air has worked on both of our HVAC, systems lately and he is incredibly thorough, excellent at communication with the customer, and extremely honest. We are very happy with his service.

Only when a company completely exceeds my expectations am I compelled to write a review—which is rare. I have had 2 major installations at separate homes with Prime AC and Heat as well as tune ups and other maintenance over the past nine years. I’ve done my homework and these guys do a great job at a fair price. Most importantly they stand behind their work. George, the owner, is about as good as it gets. The work is not complete until you are happy and satisfied. I cannot recommend this company enough!! ***UPDATE—6 months after installation of my new Amana unit, electric bills are down approximately 20%! Thank you Prime AC. Also just had spring tune up. Service team did a great job and are professional and friendly as always.
11/25: Anthony just completed fall tuneup, making sure all systems and heating are ready to go. Every member of the staff is always kind and respectful of my house. I really appreciate they wear shoe coverings when inside and take great care of my property. They always go the extra mile!!!

Awesome business and great employees; quick, professional, and thorough. My 22 year old system went out in the afternoon and I had a new replacement before sunrise the next morning. Morgan came out promptly after my initial call. He thoroughly investigated my problem and as expected my super old/antiquated system needed to be replaced. He was able to get a couple installers (Rashad and Santiago) to replace the entire system overnight. Both of the guys were super fast, but still very efficient in having us up and running before the morning. Anthony did a great final follow up check to ensure I had all the information I needed and took video documentation to ensure everything would meet inspection requirements. All around great experience (start to finish) with Prime and the above guys I mentioned.

11/20/25 - A bit of a late review; however, I didn't forget the great follow up service Prime provided. This was the second time Anthony came out to check our AC/furnace, not due to any issues, but just a maintenance follow up for our newly installed unit. As usual, he was very thorough and explanatory. He provided a couple options to keep the filter from becoming dirty so quick and another UV option (I believe to reduce moisture/condensation build up). He didn't push any upsell, just advise on how to ensure the unit maintains perfect operating conditions for years to come. I plan to to advantage of these options because I trust in Prime's knowledge to the fullest.

2/25/26 - Great service as usual. It's easy to forget to service your AC, so I appreciate the fact that Prime has it on their calendar and does not forget to call you for a reminder. Anthony Prak was on time and great as usual, he conducted a thorough maintenance to ensure my AC was operating without issue. Also, he provides great info on what needs to be done to keep the unit running at its best.

Guys are fantastic. Anthony came out to do our maintenance and he was great. Gave me a lot of helpful information and was polite and professional. I like that he took pictures of all of the work and took time to explain everything to me. He was great. The prices for my repair were reasonable which I appreciate.

Alfredo showed up on time. Within 2 hours from the time I called. Spoke to nice lady named Heather, she was very reassuring. He inspected the entire unit. Took his time discussing the problems. No pushy upselling. Just straight point blank information. Just what I like straight forward. Would highly recommend Alfredo to friends and family.

Shame on me for not reviewing sooner, but truthfully I wanted to be sure my 5 star rating would be justified by consistently providing excellent service over a period of time. (We previously had some bad experiences with HVAC companies and I wanted to do a wait and see approach before leaving a review for Prime.) We have now had Prime come out on 3 separate occasions and every time has been fantastic! Carter has been our technician and we couldn’t be more pleased with his candor, professionalism, and commitment to helping us keep costs down. I feel like we’ve finally found a HVAC company we can trust!!! Thank you for being a beacon of light in an occasionally shady industry.

We called Prime AC and Heat when our heat stopped working yesterday and we spoke to Heather who was professional, and very kind. She scheduled service that day and we met with Carter who took his time to diagnose our issue. He was understanding and compassionate about the situation and called out his superior, Alfredo to check and provide a second set of eyes. We ended up replacing our entire HVAC system and they came out the following day to do the install. Alex and Santiago were excellent and did an excellent job installing the new system. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite as well. Overall our experience with this company was great and we recommend to anyone looking for HVAC needs. Keller area: Carter was great! He was respectful, knowledgeable and took time to explain and confirm what was wrong and how it needed to be corrected. Checked in with his main office to ensure that given the extreme temps and changes there wasn’t more he needed to do—sure enough, unusual pressure changes in this area due to increased gas usage (neighborhood and my house!), so they adjusted again to ensure safety! Thank you, Carter and Team! I have their preferred customer status by having them check my system twice per year and review recommendations, repairs and any adjustments needed. So when I called, they immediate set to work getting the heat back on!

We had an unexpected HVAC issue, and I was genuinely impressed that Prime AC were able to send a technician out within 30 mins at 5pm on a Saturday! The customer service representative who took my call was excellent as well: friendly, efficient, and quick to get everything scheduled without any hassle.

Our tech Chase was fantastic—knowledgeable, personable, and patient in explaining how the system works. He kept the work area clean and protected while diagnosing the issue. Best of all, Chase identified and fixed the problem quickly.
