We have used Northside Air for the replacement of all three of our AC/heating systems. The first one went out within the first year of us buying our home and the home warranty company sent out another company who gave us a large estimate to repair and an even larger to replace. We got a second estimate from Northside Air. They sent out Albert who was nice and very knowledgeable. They came in thousands less than the other estimate. We went with them on the first one and they did such a good job we’ve never considered using anyone else.

We had our heater worked on by Zeke and he did an excellent job of keeping us informed of what he was doing and was very professional. Northside answered my questions and I feel they are a very honest company!

I cannot give enough compliments for Frank Avelino. He went above and beyond to get old unit covered under warranty. We eneded up with a new unit. He was very helpful and got us a great deal. He and his crew were on time and worked efficiently. Very professional. I highly recommend Frank and this company

We purchased a new central air conditioning system from north side and 2022. They were extremely courteous and one of the most economical vendors we chose from. They did a lot of education upfront To describe the pros and cons of each system, we were considering. Ultimately, we chose a mid grade system and the install was flawless. Today we had them out for the first service call and I have to say it was one of the most courteous service repair people I have ever dealt with my entire life. I highly recommend them.
