My air conditioner went out last night and temperature in the house arose to 83-84 degrees. I am thankful that technician Chase came out with in a couple hours and fixed it same night by replacing the capacitor. He also replaced my filter while at it with no additional charge. Great service, quick and with a smile. Thank you Chase, I appreciate your help.

The service team is great: professional, honest (not pushing things we don't need but telling us what is happening with our systems), polite, and absolutely friendly. Bonus: they don't talk down to us because we're women (this is huge in the service/ maintenance world!) Shout out to J. Carter and Anthony for taking care of us!

Mr. Chase Palmer did an excellent job performing maintenance on my Amana A/C and heating units. Walked me through the steps that is required to perform a complete maintenance service. He updated the software on both units before starting the process. He also informed of the values that he was checking with his electrical meter.

Carter is great! He is very professional, thorough, honest, and explains well. Definitely recommend his service! Keep it up!

We had Prime AC install a brand new system in our home. From the beginning with Morgan, the attention to detail and level of communication was simply unmatched. We had some issues and concerns, he continued to follow up and address all of our concerns.Morgan and Jorge stood by their word, we’re very communicative, And very professional. There was a rather sizable crew here, multiple managers, and Jorge, even came by to check in mid job. It’s been a long time since I worked with a company that offers such great service start to finish. Their team came in here and completely replaced our entire AC system, furnace system, and Ductwork in about eight hours time. They were clean, organized, and knew what they needed to do. I’m a builder, and I’m quite impressed with their work.

Prime got a tech out to us within 3 hours of my call. Anthony was prompt and polite and knew his stuff - found the problem and got our house warm again immediately. He even had the filter we needed on his truck, saving us time and money.
Edit: when our heater died again three days later, Anthony came back out and did extensive work, technically outside his remit, for free, to achieve a permanent fix. I’m really impressed with him and with Prime AC.

Chase from Prime AC and Heat was friendly, professional, and communicative as he troubleshot our furnace issue. It was evident that he had deep technical expertise and was able to explain in detail not only the problem but how he tested and ruled out other potential causes. Building integrity and trust is paramount for me. Chase and Prime AC continued to build that with me in this visit. Well done.

Prime AC and Heat takes pride in their work, that is clearly evident. They installed a new furnace and some ductwork for one of my zones, and I was blown away by the quality of everything. Their workmanship was astoundingly good. Everything from tiny details like mastic being applied in straight lines, dampers on the ductwork, attic cleanup when the job was done... It was all just excellent and done to an incredibly high standard. There were zero shortcuts taken or corners cut. Vacuuming the line set down to 250 microns is unheard of from most contractors, but Prime does it. Simply amazing, highly recommended....

Jarrius is the best! He installed our new unit and has come back for our checkups. He is always SO helpful and kind. He takes the time to explain everything to us but is never pushy, just honest! He is fantastic!

Prime AC and Heat installed our new system in June, and the experience was excellent from initial consultation to installation. As part of their maintenance service, they reached out to schedule a tune-up, which was handled by Anthony Prak. He was respectful, professional, and delivered outstanding service. In addition, as part of maintaining our AC system, he recommended cleaning the AC ducts. I’m really glad to have found a dependable AC company I can trust and one that clearly values and cares for its customers.

We had a great crew from Prime AC replace our entire system. Kevin carefully explained how the work would be done and seven hours later he showed us what had been completed. He answered my questions without me asking them. Alfonso and Santiago were the other two members of an efficient crew.

Alfredo was a knowledgeable about what he was doing with my unit and provided much needed information about how to take care of the unit going forward and what my wife and I should do in order to prevent our issue from happening again. On a day like this—freezing cold, icy roads, and when everyone said no one would come—he showed up anyway.
He spent hours carefully checking the heater, went above and beyond to diagnose and solve the problem, and even explained the follow-up in such detail.
Even though it was our first time meeting, he was a truly impressive young man I could immediately trust.
I am so grateful, and I would love to have him handle our regular maintenance from now on.
