On November 5, 2025, I contacted CW Service Pros for a thorough plumbing and HVAC inspection on a home I’m looking to purchase. I needed both a hydrostatic test for the water and sewer system and a detailed HVAC evaluation — and I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and expertise I received.

Plumbing inspection:
Performed by Riley Frick, who was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. He not only identified existing issues but also pointed out potential future concerns, explaining everything in clear terms. I already knew the water heater was past its life expectancy, and Riley provided several affordable replacement options with different warranty and financing plans. I was admittedly nervous about taking on the liability for the hydrostatic test, but Riley’s professionalism put me at ease. He went above and beyond by running the test twice to ensure accurate results and my peace of mind.

HVAC inspection:
Handled by Thomas Rivera, who was equally impressive. Although the HVAC system was reportedly replaced just two years ago, Thomas discovered a serious safety issue — combustion air leaking into the home due to improper installation. He carefully explained the issue, walked me through the manufacturer’s warranty information, and outlined several solutions in a way that was easy to understand. His patience, clarity, and attention to detail were outstanding.

Both professionals provided excellent documentation and photos, which were incredibly helpful for my realtor and made a real difference during renegotiation.

I’m so glad I called CW Service Pros for this inspection. Their team exceeded all expectations — knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on customer care. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing trustworthy, thorough service before making a major home investment!

Devan was AWESOME 🤩, Super professional, knowledgeable and very detailed in his explanation of work. My bathroom/bathtub repairs were completed in a the quoted time, left the area very clean and took extra care with any decor. Everything looks Wonderful!! Give this guy a RAISE 💵!

I was sent a very young snake oil salesman who tried to sell me everything in the book before trying to snake main drain. Including an $1800. quote to replace entire sewer line.
$400.00 later I am still living with extreme drain issues after calling, and left with a bad taste in my mouth to where I have ordered my own rooter equipment.
If you want a 20 year old to come to your property and tell you your equipment cant be fixed and must be replaced, Well, need I go further.
Forgive, I am frustrated, been dealing with this a while now. They are not that bad, But my experience has not been that good. And Given the sales training this guy was given, I hesitate to call and ask for someone better. I was in the HVAC industry for 30 years driving a service truck and doing repairs and installs. I never lasted long with companys that forced techs to sell. I did my best work with companys that demanded I fix the problem and please the customer. Guess I'm just old. And being old, I don't like having to wait two hours before I can flush my toilet successfully, Which I am still doing. Call me petty if you want, But I don't like it.

Seth was very knowledgeable, kind and patient! he came out as part of our gold membership for a maintenance check and was very thorough and explained all potential problems that he spotted and explained them all in detail to us. I had a whole house clog and another plumber came out and couldn’t fix it. I called C&W Plumbing and they sent out Brigham Murfee and he got it handled! It took some time and effort but he made sure everything was clear before he left. He also came out on a Saturday since I had an urgent need and I was so thankful! Excellent service!

We have used C&W Plumbing for many years. We are very pleased with the work done in our home today by Brigham. He was knowledgeable, polite, listened to our concerns and offered excellent advice. The work needed was also completed today. Highly recommend.

Jade was efficient, polite and answered all my crazy questions and looked at everything I wanted to point out. This young man also did a hot water flush on a digital and both times was incredibly professional. He is top notch!

Carlos did outstanding service from start to finish. Carlos was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job repairing our gas leak. Everything was handled safely and efficiently, and he took the time to explain what was done. I couldn’t be more satisfied and would highly recommend him.

My wife and I own a 30 year old home and the a/c system had never been cleaned. She had begun to develop mild headaches and breathing issues each day when she came home from work and we decided the issue was air quality and decided to have the HVAC system cleaned.

After a bit of research, we decided to get an inspection of the system from CW Service Pros based on the quality of their reviews. Kurt Kellum came out and performed the inspection with what appeared to us to be a high degree of knowledge and experience. He was extremely thorough and the pricing seemed reasonable based on the details of the service to be performed and the amount of time needed (6 -7 hours).

Eddie and Ulysses were the two young men who performed the service and it did, in fact, require between 6 or 7 hours, without breaks. They were prompt, organized, professional and courteous. They brushed and vacuumed all of the ducts and cleaned each of the vent covers. The service also included cleaning the a/c coils and fan motor and blades as well as the clothes dryer vent and ductwork. They were careful to utilized drop cloths throughout the house and their cleanup was especially good.

Air quality seems better and certainly, the flow of air is. After 3 days, no complaints about headaches. We would express any complaints but cannot think of any. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend CW Service Pros for anyone's HVAC service needs.

Carlos and Diego were very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. They actually finished installing our bathroom vanity in one afternoon, which included having to move the pipes. They were friendly and polite at all times, cleaned up properly after themselves and were respectful and aware of their environment. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will definitely ask for them.

We had a great experience with CW Service Pro Plumbing. Our plumber, Riley, arrived within 45-50 minutes for an emergency callout to fix burst shut-off valve under the toilet in the powder bath. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. He checked all other shut-off valves in the house as well as all the other toilets, and took the time to explain the issue and repair/replacement options. The commode in the powder bath where the shut-off valve had burst, was 20+ years old and didn't flush all the way. We went with his suggestion to replace it with a better model for which he came back after a couple of days to replace. Both jobs were completed efficiently. He cleaned and wiped out the work area very well when he was done. Pricing was reasonable. We would definitely use them again in the future.

This company provides the best customer service! Back in December, Brigham and his crew helped us over several days with a natural gas leak and did an incredible job. I felt comfortable and confident with him and all the work he did for us.

Today, Charles helped us with a messy clog, and was efficient and friendly.

We never have to worry about who comes from C&W to work on our issues. We know that we are in the best hands with this company.

Riley at CW Plumbing was outstanding. He was extremely professional, patient, and kind, and he took the time to explain everything in detail in a way I could actually understand. He walked me through all of my options and gave me the space to digest cost without any pressure.

By the time he was done explaining everything, I felt confident that I was making the best possible decision. His knowledge and approach made the entire experience so much less stressful. I would highly recommend Riley—he is the only person I want handling my plumbing from now on

Vahram, Der Galustanian and Jose did an amazing job installing my new hot water heater. They were on time, they were professional, and they helped explain the process every step of the way. I appreciated the options that they gave me. The job they did was seamless and superb. They put everything back into place and we’re friendly and ultra knowledgeable when I asked them many questions. My husband left a previous review. Today, David Gilmore came to do the remainder of our bathroom remodel (shower install). The job took much longer than I had expected specifically because of the complex nature of the project and David’s great attention to detail. I could give you lots of examples but just for a simple one that we all can see- look at his caulk line- completely clean.

Work like this shows the attention to detail that was taken throughout the entire project.

I highly recommend this company and David Gilmore specifically. We are very grateful. We will use them again and again.
