The technician that came out Shaun Brown was absolutely one of the best technicians I’ve had, He explained to me the process and the steps of my tankless water heater, to which he was upfront and honest, wasn’t just trying to make a sale , every company , corporation should go by his standards and I will definitely use them again..

Shaun and his team are hard working and not afraid to get dirty. They are on time and do excellent work at a fair price.

As first time home owners, we are experiencing certain things for the first time. We are grateful Larry was the plumber to show up to our home. Larry has 42 years of experience and it didn't take him long to pinpoint our issue. He explained the "why" and gave us a few possible scenarios and resolutions. That alone was much appreciated because he didn't automatically assume that we knew what was going on. We would highly recommend Larry and 1-800-Plumber +Air of Flower Mound to anyone.

We have used CW for a leak repair in the past and were once again satisfied with the quick response, great customer service and professional repair. Conner quickly diagnosed a small leak and installed a new water heater in a tight space. Price was a little more than I initially wanted to pay, but can't deny the quality and how quickly they were on the job. Highly recommended and will use again! Also helped me with a small issue with an upstairs tub on his way out the door. Thanks again!

Quality work and in a tight spot, I wish I had a picture to share of the previous heater as it was 7 year past dead. When we buy our first home I promise this is the company I will be using going forward and I would highly recommend Matt. This company is a scam. They showed up, asked for money to check the system and then quoted me almost 10k for duct cleaning. I am appalled at this company and you should stay far away as there are many companies out there with much better pricing. The poor guy that presented this to me should find another company to work for that he can actually be proud to present.

Updated Review
After my original review, I want to update and share how impressed I am with the way this company handled things. It turns out there was a misunderstanding of what was actually needed in the original quote. Once that was clarified, Darren, the manager, went above and beyond to make things right.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, addressed my concerns, and followed through with professionalism and care. The company truly turned the corner on this issue, and Darren deserves a lot of credit for ensuring I felt valued as a customer. Because of his effort, I now feel confident recommending CW Service Pros.

Remodeled an entire bathroom using another plumbing service that did a less than stellar job. Numerous items were done incorrectly, and in my despair, I contacted CW service pros seeking to resolve these issues.

David came out today and was able to unblock a p-trap that I was told by the other plumbing service, "it couldn’t be done."

We have other issues that we’re done incorrectly by the previous plumbers and David is now preparing to get these items resolved as well.

I don’t normally do reviews, but David’s efforts warrant one. I was out of options and grasping for a solution other than removing the shower floor and replacing the p-trap.

I am very grateful and pleased with the results today, along with David's overall professionalism.

We had an emergency and he was sent out to us within an hr. He did such a thorough job, gave us in detail what needed to be done and how to fix our issues for the future. He had all the proper equipment that he needed to get the job done. He was great!

We're repeat CW customers. In August of this year as we were very close to having our home prepared for listing for sale, the hot water heater died.
After contacting CW and explaining the situation they had someone out to the home literally within 1 hour. Despite the August heat and the water heater being in the attic, Caden and team made fast work of switching out the hot water heater and repairing the emergency water shut-off that was frozen. Their plumbing expertise is great, but all the folks also being polite, friendly, and personable is really appreciated.

Brigham murfee and Sam were awesome. We had this weird loud noise on cold water. They traced the problem and fixed it. Then checked other outside faucets to make sure water pressure was good. Even checked the water heater to make sure no damage there. Very pleasant very professional yet never left before checking we didn’t have any other concerns readjusted one commode as they were a little worried about water was filling up too high. Call them for all our plumbing issues thank you guys

I wanted to update this based on our latest experience with CW. I am not sure there is another company with this level of commitment to their community or customers. We are the winners of the "ugliest HVAC in DFW" contest, and received a brand new Amana 19.2 SEER2 HVAC system. We received an Amana furnace, new Amana condenser (with heat pump) and Amana coil. Isiah and Seth were great. Showed up on time, accurately diagnosed our issue, provided options for us, listened to our questions, worked quickly and efficiently, were patient with our kids, and cleaned up afterwords. We'd recommend them again.

Glad that I found a neighborhood plumbing company that delivered high quality professional work. Cayden and Diego came and quickly detected the leak in my front yard and made the necessary repair. They are professional, friendly and polite. I would recommend CW to anyone needing its services.

I can't say enough nice things about Jose and Max from CW Service Pros. Nobody enjoys dealing with a plumbing emergency, especially when it involves a leaking pipe in your slab. But Jose was so easy to work with! He quickly found the problem and then provided 3 separate options to deal with the issue - explaining the pros and cons so I could arrive at the best solution for me. He and Max worked throughout the day to complete the repair, and I'm so pleased with the result.

They did such a good job, I had them replace my 16-year old water heater too! (Oh yeah, that was an emergency just waiting to happen). But now I don't have to worry about it. Thank you, Jose and Max, and thank you, CW Service Pros!
