We had a great experience with All Metroplex Plumbing! From start to finish, the service was excellent. Mario was absolutely great! He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and patient as he walked us through each step of the work being done. We really appreciated how he took the time to educate us along the way.

He replaced two hose bibs/spigots (front and backyard), fixed the low water pressure at our kitchen sink and one bathroom sink, and inspected the pilot and ignition systems on our fireplace. He even showed us how to properly ignite it. Everything was done efficiently and with great care.

We couldn’t be happier with the results. We will definitely be calling All Metroplex for all of our future plumbing needs. Highly recommend! Thanks Carlos & Mario!

Courteous and fast service. Reasonable price. Replaced old outside faucet without damaging wall. Big plus as everyone else said it was necessary.

The regulator on our propane tank was bad. They did come out quickly and said they could replace it....for $2400. With the arctic weather coming the next day I agreed. Part had to be ordered so we were without heat. When the part came in, it was installed. Once husband turned the propane tank on it immediately started leaking propane. Come to find out it was a regulator for a natural gas tank. We talked with 2 other companies and was quoted over $2000 less than what we were charged.

Tommy was very timely, professional and respectful. He found an additional problem with a leak in the left side sink and repaired that also. Everything was clean when complete. Overall the service was excellent and I am very pleased with the work completed on my garbage disposal and would highly recommend H&M Plumbing and Drain.

Highly recommend. Joe came by. Did an awesome job for the exact quoted price. Came to fix a leak and provided me with a brand new shower head, knob, and bathtub faucet. Declogged sink too. Communication was perfect and answered all my questions.

I had an emergency with a leaking toilet and called H&M plumbing to check it out. The dispatcher on the phone was very responsive with a fast turn around time. She was able to send someone within an hour. Jesus arrived and quickly assessed the situation and went to work. He helped diagnose the problem and then stayed with me while I called Roto-Rooter to unclog the drain. He was very kind, empathetic, and compassionate for my situation. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness while I was panicked.
I would highly recommend H&M because of Jesus and if I need toilet repair or other inside plumbing work, I will definitely call H&M and ask for Jesus.
