Carlos came out and gave me a proper assessment of what needed to happen same day I contacted him. The replacement and installation was meticulously handled with the expertise of a genius. Mario was incredible to work with. You’ll be hard pressed to find a more trustworthy and transparent plumber. If I could I give them more than a five star. I called and spoke with Carlos about a leak under my kitchen sink. He called me back and said the Mario will be able to come in by. So glad he did he replaced a leaking faucet that we did not know needed to be replaced. On top of that he fixed the pipes under the sink. We then spoke with Mario about a toilet that kept running in our bathroom. He said it’s not an issue super quick fix and in 10 minutes had that fixed. Since we just moved into our home 2 weeks ago we knew we needed a new water heater. We got quoted a very good price and said Yes! Please!! So today on one of the closest days in Texas Mario came by this morning and installed a brand new water heater for us. So professional so polite everyone was so helpful. We are going to be getting a pool heater installed soon and will be calling to request there services for this! I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Carlos was able to come out promptly and addressed all my concerns. He informed me about things I had never known before. The week before I had another plumbing company come out who said the toilet had to be replaced. Not true! Carlos gave me an alternative option that works instead. I was impressed with the honesty and time Carlos gave me to explain my options and what's actually going on. Highly recommend!

We've used Carlos for all of our plumbing needs since we moved into our home. So when our gas was shutoff due to a gas leak within our home we knew exactly who to call. Carlos diagnosed the issue and gave us options for repairing the problem. He also went above and beyond to get us restored since we had no heat during a few very cold days in February. I’ve used them twice for major issues in the past year, 1st time last fall for sewer main break and recently for main water line leak, both times quick response, top quality work, friendly service. Mario is fantastic and explained in laymen terms what my options are and what best solution is. Although plumbing repairs are not cheap, both times I’ve felt I’m getting my moneys worth.

These men were top notch, came Monday to diagnose slab leak, had an expert find leak location in slab Tuesday, and promptly showed up and worked all day Friday and half of Saturday to tunnel 7’ under house, find leak in slab, come up through pantry, fix junction in pantry closet, run 3 new pipes (2 more also corroded but not yet leaking) and then patch concrete slab and junction in wall without making mess in house. Very thorough, explained every step with photos, and owner was on site 90% of time, with 4 man team. Relatives had used and recommended this company before. Great people around my kids too.

Top-notch service ALWAYS! Over the last three years, I’ve had a hot water tank replacement, garbage disposal fix, and under kitchen sink work (pipe leak plus outdated plumbing needed work to prep for new dishwasher installation). These guys are pros—knowledgeable, courteous, and transparent about pricing. Highly recommend!
