We had an excellent experience. Toby was very communicative, professional and a rapid turn around time. We called with water heater issues one afternoon and he was out replacing it the very next morning and didn’t nickel and dime us the whole way. We would use Imperial Plumbing again in a heart beat and would highly recommend.

We had what we thought was a small water leak turn into a large project involving water-damaged floors and walls in two bedrooms. We are so thankful for Imperial Plumbing! They came out immediately with the proper equipment to dry everything. They were professional and friendly. They respected our possessions as if they were in their own home, and they kept us informed every step of the way. They coordinated with our insurance so all we had to do was file the initial claim. I have been using Imperial Plumbing for a few years now. Toby is always consistent in answering phone calls for scheduling and updates. Sam has now been to my house a few times to fix issues that happen in old houses. Everyone is professional and the price is always reasonable. Toby & Sam are professional, reliable & genuine. I had the main line replaced from the water meter to the house. Although it wan't cheap, it was well worth it and great peace of mind that no leaks will occur again.
Toby took the extra time to educate myself about old quest plumbing that was installed in the late 80s early 90s resulting in many leaks like this one in the area. Will defiantly do business with them again! A+++

Discovered a leak on Saturday got Imperial’s contact information and text them on Sunday afternoon and started diagnosing the issue on the phone. They arrived and had the leak identified and fixed with a couple of hours. Great communication and people to work with.

You never know what you're going to get when dealing with the trades, but I have to say that Robert is a great guy and a great plumber. I called him late Monday morning to have a toilet reset that had come off the flange bolts. Even though it was a non-emergency situation, he was at my home that afternoon. He texted me to let me know when he was on his way, which I thought was very professional. He did a great job and even encouraged me to watch. He was in and out of here in no time. He brought his wife as his helper. How cool is that? He charged a fair price for great work and even answered some questions I had about other plumbing topics. Great experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

We were referred to Robert of RHD Primary Plumbing by our realtor, Russell Rhodes. As a contractor, being associated with Russell conveys the reputation of quality, integrity and trust. Robert clearly lived up to those characteristics! We had a variety of plumbing issues from large to small and Robert methodically worked through each one for us. Along the way, he educated us on all the details of what we had encountered and how we can mange these effectively on our own in the future. He gave us an incredible amount of helpful advice to allow us to avoid a myriad of common plumbing issues. Robert just left my house after repairing a leaky dishwasher supply line, and I'm sitting at my computer in disbelief. I've never had such a WONDERFUL experience with a plumber. He is one of the nicest, most professional men I've ever met. He arrived early, took care of the problem as quickly as he could, and explained everything to me as he worked. I got Robert's name from my Realtor and he has been super. Robert came to replace two of my toilets. He was great and very professional. He explained everything about the toilet and what could be the problem. He found the problem with one and fixed it which meant I didn't need to replace that toilet. The other couldn't be fixed and he replaced it. The new toilet looks great and works fantastically. I had also used his service before to replace my kitchen faucet and it too looks great and works so much better then the old one. I would most certainly use his service again.

Needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Robert and Karen came out the very next morning and were the nicest, most polite workers I have ever met. Their work was impeccable! They installed the sink with no problems and cleaned and tested the new faucet and got it working perfect before they left. They told me what to save, how to replace parts, etc. Perfect house call with perfect results and super polite in to process. They are my lifelong plumbers from now on!!!
