Do a better job running the will call pick ups and implement parking for the employees so paying customers don’t have to fight for parking.

The Lewisville location is the hub for all DFW Ferguson supply houses. State of the art plumbing warehouse. Prompt and courteous service at the counter. Professionals serving professionals. FYI, not a showroom location.

Got there 3 hrs early and due to a truck not showing up for their appointment, I was able to be unloaded. When you turn in the driveway, go to receiving between door 21 & 22. When they are done with you, they will bring your BOL out to the truck. Very friendly staff..

Never buy any merchandise in cash because they will not refund you the $ then say they need to send you a check that takes more than 3 months to get back. Its ridiculous to say you dont carry that much money in your drawer just to screw someone over.

Super helpful and nice people. Got us everything we needed to fix a problem with our pool plumbing quickly and cost effectively. Don't bother with Lowes or Home Depot, come here first.

I’m a truck driver. I get here every Wednesday around 2:30pm. my appt is 10am Thursday. they don’t ever try to get me in early. they always have an excuse on why they can’t get me in. us drivers have a life that we want to get back too also

Good service, no face mask and social distance enforced, shame on them!!! They have the sign at the door about wearing the mask but still provide service to people not wearing one and even one of the front desk employee was wearing the mask below his nose

I needed to replace a handle and faceplate for a Moen faucet. They were able to give me exactly what I needed an excellent price and it was in stock. The young man who helped me was very helpful and was able to identify the exact parts I needed.

This was the only place open on Saturday. Craig was so helpful and awesome!! I really appreciate it.

I have been coming to Ferguson for years. This location is my home store. As the owner of a one man plumbing company these guys might as well be part of my team. They help me out in numerous ways and are knowledgeable coupled with the ability to provide multiple options for whatever plumbing adventure I’m going on. Not to name drop but Jose, James, Adrienne, Monty, Armando and Im sure others I am forgetting have literally saved me multiple times.

Recently this location has decided to lock the dumpsters??? For security purposes????
A real face slap for anyone running a small company. So if you need a toilet, water heater or faucet they will totally sell it to you…… just dont expect to be allowed to dispose of your old item or packing material here. Other supply houses are totally fine with it. Morrisons, moore, locke supply etc. Plus they are pretty near by. Though obviously if you need the dumpster dont buy from Ferguson just go there and shop. But if you dont need a dumpster and youre cool waiting for bulk day or paying fees to dump trash ferguson plumbing has got your back. Just dont go near the dumpsters. Locked and on camera now…….. you know for security purposes 🙄

Staff are mostly helpful if you don't know the name of a part or fitting they can surely help they supplied everything for your home related to Plumbing easily and also plenty on the commercial side of things.

Very knowable of their product line and Jay was able to find a great replacement Roman faucet for my 30 yo jacuzzi tub! Did I mention this was an emergency plumbing situation? Warehouse guys were great too!

Karrie Digges-Ferguson Supply- Sales Center. was so helpful today. She was professional, polite and went over and beyond to help. Every company needs a Karrie Digges. I give her a 10. She was Great

It was a good experience, I must say that they work by the schedule, I tried to deliver the load the day before but never got a response. The day of the delivery I arrived 25 min early and was told to park on the side until they call me, they call at the exact app time, was LTL and took the about 40 min.

Lessons learned: Don't show too early, there's no room.

I purchased a downdraft oven fan in January 2020. After 6 months, they finally came to install the item. While being installed they determined the fan didn't work and they needed to send out a repairman to fix the fan and finish the install. Three times since they sent out an "installer" and when the person arrived, they said this is not an install, they need to send out a repair person. The item never worked and getting someone to answer me has been torture. Finally, they sent someone out three weeks ago and again they sent an installer. Today when trying to schedule another repairman, they told me that since it is over a year it isn't under warranty and I would have to pay for the repair. Amazing.

I stopped by this location during my lunch break to try and get a shower valve. This was the only store showing in stock. When I got the store, there were two gentleman at the register helping customers. None of them said hello or we’ll be right with you. I waited a couple of minutes before asking one of if they could help. I just got a one moment finger but nothing was said. I waited some more, went to look for the part myself but it was not on the shelf. Waited about 10 minutes before leaving. I totally understand they were with customers and busy helping them. I am in customer service myself and a simple hello, we’ll be right with you would have gone a long way. I ended up buying the parts online. I would not return back here unless it was the only place left for the supplies I needed.

Live load haulers, takes for ever to unload just be on your appointment time no early delivery no overnight parking and no restrooms good luck

I contacted my local Ferguson Supply and was told the Lewisville location was the closest that had what I needed. I called the Lewisville location and told them that I wanted to double check that they did actually have what I needed because I was about an hour drive from them. The lady I spoke to assured me that they did have it, so I purchased what I needed over the phone. I was told to just come to Lewisville and pick it up.

When I got to Ferguson Supply in Lewisville there were 3 men behind the counter and 1 customer being helped. The 2 men not helping that customer were on computers. They didn't even look up when I stood in front of them but one did mumble that someone would be right with me. This was around 4:15p on a Friday. That's important because I only had about 45 minutes to get my order before they closed. I waited over 10minutes before I finally asked one of the men if I was in the right place to pick up an order that I had already paid for. He said I was and, as he yawned, asked me for an order number. I gave it to him and he mumbled that they didn't actually have my item in stock.

That was around 4:30p. So I had about 30 minutes to find another plumbing supply that had what I needed AND get to their location. My crew was planning to be at the job site at 8a the next day and so I needed the items Ferguson said they had.

Luckily I found Apex Supply. They had what I needed and Jamal, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable. Skip Ferguson and just drive 5min down the road to Apex (550 Valley Ridge in Lewisville).

I will never even check with Ferguson in Lewisville going forward. Maybe the other locations are ok but this location lacks professionalism and reliability.

We visited the counter area yesterday. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and offered assistance. Eddie was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, took time to answer all of our questions and made sure we had all of the information we needed when we left. We were very pleased with the experience and will continue to be customers of Fergusons and of this location

This is by far the worst Ferguson I’ve been to . I work for a mechanical company so it’s safe to say we use these guys a lot . I’ve never had an issue until I came to this store . It’s by far one of the most disorganized places . There was only one person up at the front , which then broke away to flirt and talk away his life with one of the delivery drivers . All of this is happening while there’s 4 people waiting in line including myself . I waited in line for a good 30 minutes but figured it’d be “faster “ to wait than to drive to a different location . Don’t come to this store .
