Toby and his staff at Imperial were always professional from start to finish. They showed up when they promised and completed the work on time and within the cost quoted to us.

It’s what we should expect. However, what makes them a “5 Star” company is all the little things they did. They replaced two water heaters for us, both in our attics. Once they started the work they noticed a few “minor” issues that were corrected to their standards because it was the right thing to do and they did this at no additional cost to us (repaired the platform where the water heater sat, replaced our drainage pans, caulked the exhaust vents on our roof that the roofers had dislodged and left unfinished).

They will be the first ones we call when we need a plumber going forward and the first ones we will recommend to anyone who asks us.

Toby did it again! Not only can Toby fit in the smallest of places, he can scale to the tallest of places! He scaled the roof to fix a draining issue and did it with a smile. To his credit, he did bring a taller plumber with him, so if you need a taller guy...Sam's the man. All kidding aside, they're fantastic and would call them anytime.

Called Imperial to address two issues and they were out to repair both same day! Toby and Sam were great at the communication and seeing that everything was professionally done. We will certainly be return customers!

We used Imperial for a major update of a 60 year old house. Toby was super conscientious, did great work and was excellent with communicating with me and discussing options. Highly personable and thorough. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Imperial was the only plumber (out of probably the 10 I called) willing to give me any idea at all what the price might be to reseat a toilet. All the others insisted they had to come into my home first, which is a very shady sales tactic.

They were very fast, very polite and told me everything they needed to do before they did it and showed me why. Highly recommend.

I don’t normally have time for reviews but must give big shout out to Toby and Imperial for excellent and honest service today in Lewisville. Toby came to check sewer clog and found tree roots in line. He didn’t charge me because line was not clogged anymore, and because he couldn’t solve root issue. Hard to find good plumbers, and even harder to find those who do business in honest and respectful way. Will be my go-to plumber moving forward!

On March 2, 2020 we had Imperial Plumbing come to our house to change out our 35 year old toilet. Because of the age of the toilet, a couple issues were found but Toby and Sam worked right through them. We were extremely pleased with their work and will most definitely call them again on our next plumbing problem.

BEST PLUMBING CO.!!! We had a leak in our laundry room ceiling. Called Imperial plumbing to find out what the issue was and in an hour Toby (Owner) came out and located the issue (rats got into the attic and chewed through the pipes causing major leakage), he had it fixed without any issues. Very professional and respectful. Never using another plumbing company other than Imperial Plumbing!!

Imperial Plumbing made a same day call to my house to unclog 2 toilets via the outside pipes in less than 30 minutes. Toby and Sam were courteous, professional, and personable in their service. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I trust their diagnosis and service and will be a repeat customer!

Toby and his team at Imperial Plumbing are the best!! They installed our hot water heater 3 years ago, and was amazing. It went out Sunday, he replaced a new one (Thankfully still under warranty!) on Monday!! His team was fast, respectful, cleaned up when they were done and were personable! I’ll never use another plumber!

Sam and Gary were extremely professional, kind, and thorough. They took the time to explain things and were very upfront. They had masks on and made sure to clean up after they did any work. Toby was very kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful on the phone and was able to give me honest feedback and reasonable estimates. I am so grateful for Imperial Plumbing! During the freeze in January my backflow device broke and I’ve been “ghosted” by multiple companies. I left a voicemail on a Sunday night around 7:30 PM and got a call back from Toby within 30 mins. He was so kind and helpful, quoted me on the phone and said he could be out as early as the next day. He checked in first thing in the morning and Sam was out at my home that afternoon and had everything fixed within 20 minutes. I was so impressed with the whole experience!
