I have had bad experiences with plumbers in the area so when my shower in my master bath starting leaking and I knew that I wouldn't be able to fix it myself I was filled with dread. However, this company had great reviews so I decided to give it a chance. I am very thankful that I did. Robert and Karen were a joy to work with and quickly diagnosed my problem, got the necessary part, and fixed it. He then took the time to explain things to me so I would understand and have a better chance of fixing it myself if the problem arose again. After waiting for Roto-Rooter to show up 3 hours late, not finish the job that afternoon and not showing up at 8:30am the next morning as promised... we called Robert at RHD Primary Plumbing because of his excellent ratings. He called back immediately and was working on our sink / drain problem within the hour. Another hour later and problem solved... at a lower price than the 'big' company. BELIEVE all the 5-star ratings given this company. He's earned them. Super, professional service by a small businessman who actually cares about you. Robert will be our first and only plumbing call in the future.

RHD Primary Plumbing came to my knowledge via a good friend's referral on his recent work done at his home in Lewisville. I had RHD connect a new faucet and associated sink/drain/dishwasher plumbing connections upon installation of new kitchen counters and sink. Mr. Davis was timely, efficient, friendly and most of all, helpful!

Being a first time/new home owner, he gave some tips about things that I never would have known on my own. For this, I am grateful. His rate seems fair and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a good plumber. His number is now in my contact list for good!

Our M Bathroom shower started leaking badly while I was out of town. We've recently moved to the area, so our old plumber wouldn't have been feasible to call for distance reasons. Based on the reviews, I called and explained the situation to Robert. He was able to get over to my house within an hour. He walked my wife through what was causing the problem, and what his recommended solution was. He made the repairs, and even gave us some recommendations for the future. I had peace of mind that the issue was resolved, and that my Wife didn't have to deal with the problem for the rest of the week by herself.

I can't speak highly enough for how professional Robert was during this entire experience. He deserves every 5-Star rating he's gotten; and will be our go-to for any plumbing related services for the foreseeable future.

Robert of RHD Plumbing was referred to us by Jeremy Wages our realtor. We had a leak over our washing machine. Robert informed us it was due to our AC condensation drain leaking. That we needed an AC repairman instead of a plumber.
He explained how the drain was plumbed into our washing machine drain.. It did not take us long to see why he is on our realtor's vender list. He is honest & very knowledgeable. He was prompt and at our home when he said he would be. We will definitely be calling Robert for all our plumbing needs

I just had an incredible experience on Labor Day Weekend. I was trying to repair a leaking toilet and the water supply tube broke. I checked for Lewisville , Texas plumbers and RHD Primary Plumbing had so many positive reviews, I gave them a call. Within minutes of my call, I received a call back and within an hour the problem was fixed. Robert was great, he gave me some excellent advise and the charge was like a regular work day. We called RHD to fix a leaking and wobbly toilet that my husband recently installed. Robert and his assistant were very nice and professional. He was on time and called before he arrived. He fixed the problem very quickly for a fair price. We should have had him install the toilet in the first place. Fast, friendly, experienced, and trustworthy! I was very impressed by how quickly Robert and Karen came to the rescue. I had a broken shower knob, the water would not stop running, and I had to shut off all water to the house on a 100+ degree day. I actually know Robert personally, but I have never used his plumbing services. I was/am blown away by the professionalism and pleasant attitude that he carried. He took care of my issue and even followed up later the same day to make sure everything was going okay! He even fixed another problem I was having without any extra charge or fuss without me even asking! During my first contact with Robert over the phone, he gave me best case scenario and worse case scenario cost to repair several plumbing issues. When he came out he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Luckily he was able to fix via best case scenario therefore costing less than originally could have been.
