Service was excellent!! Service tech was very helpful and a couple of items I thought needed repair did not. The tech showed me how to work what I thought was needing repair. I appreciate them not taking advantage of me. Will definitely use them again.

I've used Carlos and his team at All Metroplex Plumbing several times over the past few years. They're always reliable, reasonably priced, and quick to find effective solutions. The work is done right the first time, and they consistently provide professional, courteous service from start to finish. No job has been too big or too small for them to handle!

EDIT (January 2026) - my hot water heater developed a leak in the tank after 12 years of service and I immediately called Carlos after the great experience I wrote about below a few years ago. Carlos is a great communicator on the phone - very clear and up front. He and Mario got to us quickly (navigating some very icy streets) and did a fantastic job with the install. They even took the time to shovel the ice on the driveway so they could remove the old unit and safely bring the new unit into the garage (no extra charge). His pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Carlos and All Metroplex Plumbing. Give him a shot, you won't regret it!

Came home from vacation and my water heater was leaking a lot of water. All my fittings looked dry and fine and I was able to feel wet insulation and observe some rust on the tank. The water heater was 8 years old so I figured it had developed a hole in the tank and would need to be replaced. I was able to text some photos and videos of the unit and location to Carlos and get an estimate. Carlos's estimate was better than the other two plumbers I called. Carlos also said that he thought it might not be the tank but rather a leaky drain valve. I looked online on how to do that replacement and that resolved my issue. Carlos didn't have to give me this advice / information. He could have easily sold me a new water heater and I would have been none the wiser. Instead he gave me some feedback and I was able to repair it myself. I just had to do a major repair on my truck and money is a little tight. Carlos is awesome and has earned my business and trust. When this heater finally goes, I'm calling Carlos. If I ever have any other plumbing needs, I'm calling Carlos. Thanks Carlos! I had a great experience with All Metroplex Plumbing when installing my new water heater. Mario arrived on time, was very professional, and did a solid job on the setup.

Working with them is like having a trusted partner. That sounds cliche - but they’ve helped me with big issues and small with the same professionalism, quality, courtesy and an eye to keeping costs low for the homeowner. They added a utility sink in my garage, running lines through the wall out to the garage, and helped on several household plumbing issues.

Once again Juan Carlos, owner of All Metroplex plumbing, went above and beyond when installing our new reverse osmosis water filtration system. What should have been a relatively simple job became a little more complex when our current plumbing was not what was expected but no problem. Juan Carlos came up with a solution and got it installed and running a looking great.

My two water heaters upstairs required replacement since they were about 10 years old. One of them was making a popping noise every time when someone in the house used hot water due to buildup on the bottom of the water heater.

I called several plumbers in the area and finally decided on Carlos due to his honesty, professionalism, and reasonable price.

I am an engineer by training and am very critical of most works done by contractors, but the water heaters and plumbing installed by Carlos are top-notch and totally blow my mind away. The work was a beauty. Gas and water lines are arranged so perfectly to allow spaces, to reduce tensions.

He also installs water heaters which are rated one of the best for residential uses, Bradford and White.

I have been using All Metroplex for almost ten years. They are some of the best plumbers I have ever used. They respond quickly and professionally. Very efficient and excellent at solving problems. They try to save you money, are always clear about costs, and very generous with their time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A pipe burst at my home and Carlos came right away to repair it. He always shows up promptly and does excellent work. He helped us come up with a solution to minimize the likelihood of it happening again.

Great service. I got an appointment for next day and actually spoke with a person! They were on time and provided excellent diagnostic information and how to solve the problem. I have used this company for years. Always quick , price is fair and service is excellent. They explain what they are doing and let you know what your options are. They fixed and replaced my leaking toilet in less than 24hours ! Mario is great !

I had a slow drain during Thanksgiving day..called the following day. Carlos came right away and gave me pointers to try and minimize a clogged sink.
