Contacted Robert based on the fantastic reviews located here. We are happy to be adding our own five-star rating. Robert maintained excellent communication in scheduling with us. He and Karen arrived and went right to work on the clogged drain and leaky disposer. Robert provided a full explanation action of what action he was taking and provided advice for low cost yet highly effective maintenance we can perform. His price was reasonable and he added a senior discount. We are permanent customers, now.

We called RHD Primary Plumbing on a Saturday morning with a leaking faucet problem. He came by the same day. We decided to purchase a new sink and faucet. He came back and installed both items to perfection. Due to the faucet being lower grade it leaned. Robert took time to explain the faucet quality to us. He shared plumbing tips we can do to reduce future plumbing problems. Robert assisted in purchasing a faucet we would be happy with and came back to take out the other faucet and install the new faucet. He is very concerned that his customers are satisfied with his performance. He is timely and communicates often through the process. His prices are fair and reasonable. We are both Raving Fans of Robert “THE PLUMBER”. He will definitely be who we call for any future plumbing needs.

I had a leak in a house I just bought coming from the water outlet for my washing machine. Of course the home warranty company found a way to get out of covering it and then quoted me an astronomical price for the repair. I told them no thanks and called Robert with RHD Plumbing. He actually beat me to the house and had the repair completed in minutes at a very fair price. While he was writing up the ticket, I noticed the refrigerator valve was leaking too so he came back in and repaired that. On top of the great service, Robert gave me lots of tips on how to maintain the plumbing in the house and was so nice in answering all of my questions. I cannot recommend RHD Primary Plumbing enough!

Robert was extremely responsive and quick to help. It was refreshing to hear him giving me options that could save me money if I wanted to make the repair myself. That is something that you would never get elsewhere. I decided to continue with having Robert do the repairs. He was very quick and efficient with this high quality repair job. He also gave a military discount and he was extremely supportive of veterans. I highly recommend Robert to anyone looking to for a plumber.

We highly recommend RHD Primary Plumbing. Robert Davis came out the same day I called, quickly located the source of our leak without tearing the house apart (which demonstrates his years of experience and knowledge), and made the repair at a very reasonable cost. He also talked to me about things to consider regarding mold formation and, at my request, contacted a highly rated company while still at my home to come out and do a moisture test free of charge. We give Robert Davis's RHD Primary Plumbing a thumbs up.

Robert gave us honest opinions and fixed our toilets. He was prompt (usually early) and courteous. His work is very good and he made recommendations that will last and not have future problems. (He won't have to come back to our house - good for us) . His experience in plumbing is evident in what he does and recommends. He left everything clean and tidy. Would use him again if I need a plumber.

My experiences with plumbers have never been great...until Robert. From the first call and brief discussion about the problem to his outstanding service at my home, Robert is a true professional. He didn't try to sell me any services or products that I didn't need, he was more than happy to show me everything he was doing, and took the time to explain not only how problems like mine occur, but also how to prevent them.

Additionally, Robert finished the work before the hour he was charging for had concluded, so he took the time to walk me through my house and discuss maintenance tips that I can do to prevent future issues.

Excellent plumber! Many years of practical experience. He'll work clean and fast, and does not overcharge. He'll even tell you how to maintain everything, so you don't have to see him as often in the future. Very honest guy! Hard-working, and courteous. We always call Robert for all of our home plumbing needs. PS I saw one comment below that I think was the result of a bad phone connection. Robert texts so, so feel free to text him and send him a picture. I know sometimes he works in areas that have bad cell phone coverage. I appreciate that I can text and show him the problem before he gets here. :). I highly recommend RHD plumbing.

I had the pleasure of meeting Robert, a licensed plumber, & his wife. Robert did a fantastic job on multiple types of repair jobs from my bathroom to kitchen. He worked out that he was able to come by for
consultation and he was able to complete all the work within 2 hours -
he is awesome!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and he doesn't make unnecessary recommendations. He and his wife are very personable. He's also very punctual and his does quality work (and I am a perfectionist) and prices are very reasonable, actually less than some others. It's so obvious he really cares about his customers and he goes above and beyond to help out. He is your go to guy if you need plumbing services. If he is not able to help, he personally can give a confident referral. I am so pleased I was able to knock so many things off my "to do" list!!

I used Robert with RHD Primary Plumbing. What a great guy to work with and so very knowledgeable about the world of plumbing. He replaced my bathroom faucets and went the extra mile to make sure all was done absolutely right. He is a perfectionist. He was very responsible in cleaning up his mess, too. He also gave me lots of tips for keeping the plumbing in the house running smoothly and how to avoid annoying problems. I highly recommend Robert. I also needed my job done in a timely manner and he worked me right in!!! He is affordable compared to other plumbers associated with the larger companies.

I found RHD Plumbing via Google and became interested in him after reading all the positive reviews. I had several plumbing issues and reached out, but unfortunately he was unable to make it out as quickly as I needed him due to his recovering from a back injection. He spent a lengthy amount of time with me to understand my issues and then recommended another honest and reasonably priced plumber who completed the work. A couple days later the pipes on my outside water well burst. I sent Robert a video and a text message and he replied immediately. He then called me and spent well over an hour with me on the phone helping me figure out how to fix it myself. He was detailed and patient and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better man to help me out. There is no question Robert will be the first place I reach out for any plumbing issues in the future. Thank you Robert!

I called RHD Plumbing based on their google reviews and after a negative experience with another company. Robert was practically diagnosing my issue on my initial call to schedule an appointment, moreover, he was out the very next morning and worked around my schedule. He was adamant about solving the problem (before pulling a screw driver from deep in my toilet drain pipe), ensuring his work was thorough, talked me through everything he was about to do and left giving me tips on how to keep everything in tip top shape. Highly recommend and will be my first call if I ever need any type of plumbing service in the future.

I just had a fantastic experience with Robert and his wife and assistant, Karen, of RHD Primary Plumbing. Highly recommend! I had dirty water or rust coming out of an outdoor faucet, and the faucet would not turn completely off. I just happened to catch them at a low time of day when I called. They were at my house in about 20 minutes. They fixed my problem within about 10-15 minutes. Brand new faucet. Works great. Perfect! Anybody who's hired a plumber knows that plumber's prices are generally high (at least in my experience). Robert did NOT price gouge me, and I would not consider his prices high, as plumbers go, but yes, they were still high as far as other contractor specialities go. I figure that's because Robert charges in one-hour minimum blocks, and my job happened to be just a 10-15 minute job. Very satisfied. I highly recommend RHD Primary Plumbing.

RHD Primary Plumbing is the best! He has helped me answer so many questions I had, before I even used him for service. When I did need him, he was out the same day within a couple of hours. His prices were so reasonable and the job was done quickly. He even checked out more things in my home and gave me other suggestions. And he made some phone calls for me to find some other supplies I needed. Him and his wife are so lovely, they felt like family. I am so glad I found him.

October 2019. I called RHD Primary Plumbing again recently. Called after 6 pm and he called me back right away. He came out the next day and solved my problem quickly and throughly explained what he was doing. RHD PRIMARY PLUMBING is my go-to plumber. He and his wife work together. They are a local business and they get to know their customers and treat them so well. Again, highly recommend this team.

August 2019. Robert came out today to replace 2 old outside faucets. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and then had me watch him as he checked everything after the repairs. He was very professional, prompt, completed the job quickly with fair pricing and he's local to our community. Highly recommend.

This husband & wife, Master Plumber & apprentice duo were absolutely wonderful. They were very personable and Robert doesn't hesitate to give you his professional, honest opinion. I would recommend RHD Primary Plumbing to anyone in the area looking for plumbing services and/or consultations. I will definitely be calling Robert for any future plumbing needs, although, he did such a quality job at my place yesterday, I don't expect to have to call him anytime soon.

If you are looking for a quality master plumber...CALL RHD! Robert and Karen (his helper & wife) are truly amazing!! He had to take apart the piping for 6 sinks and completely rework them, plus install 4 toilets, a garbage disposal and 2 showers fixtures. It was a very frustrating job because nothing was done correctly before him by another person/company. He remained focused and took his time getting every detail corrected. One toilet was malfunctioning, he recognized it, uninstalled it and tested the toilet. He was able to call the supplier and get another one delivered and he installed it the same day. SERIOUSLY, don't call anyone else. Robert is very skilled and polite. Karen is very sweet and cleans up to make sure the work area looks perfect before they leave. Not only are they a fantastic plumbing team, they are lovely people! Thank you for all your hard work, we appreciate you both!!

I highly recommend Robert for your plumbing needs. I called him because I was in need of a plumber to deal with my washing machine shut-off valve leak. He arrived at my house within 20 minutes of my call. He and his wife were professional, courteous, efficient and transparent during the entire service call. Robert made sure I understood everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. Great customer service! I will without hesitation call on RHD Primary Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Mario did a great job. He arrived early in the window given to us and worked on 4 different problems. He was clear in his explanation of what he was doing and provided some maintenance advice for us to help avoid drain clogging issues in the future related to a seldom used sink.
This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used All Metroplex plumbing and are very satisfied with their service.

All Metroplex Plumbing has been doing our plumbing work for over 5 years. Carlos recently installed a hot water tank with a heat circulator which works great. During our freeze of Feb 2025, they discovered exposed pipes and were able to help get our water back on in 20 degree weather. They deserve 6 stars. Thank you!

I've used All Metroplex Plumbing for multiple jobs spanning kitchen plumbing, new toilets, new water heater, and leaks--it's been a great experience each time. Carlos and Mario are responsive and quick to get a quality job done. There my go to plumbers and will contue to be as long as I live in the DFW area.
