Loved their customer service, honesty and professionalism! I had a water main that burst and was causing water to enter the streets at a fast rate. I called another contractor first and felt like they were taking advantage of a situation. Then I talked to Julie and Wayne....they were super responsive and fair! They made an unfortunate event better by not taking advantage. Now because of their customer service, I'll be the first to refer them! Thank you to the both of you!

Website says they do sink replacements. Called for sink replacement and they said they don’t do it. Asked if they could recommend someone and the lady hung up on me?? Worst customer service.

I needed a garbage disposal replaced and they were able to get me in the next day and fit into my schedule. Very friendly, honest and genuine people. I would recommend them to anybody.

I’m never the person to make a review about anything but I had a really leak on my kitchen sink so I called this company and ask if someone could come out today and see what’s going on they told me no probably the diagnosis fee is $180 but we will take half of the fee and put it towards the repair so when the plumber came into my house he tuned on the sink for 6-9 seconinstall a new 1 it was $289 dollars then he gave me my bill that was $326 just for the diagnostic fee I said what no way I was told it’s only $180 he said oh ya well there’s a fee because no one else was working today but when I called the place earlier I only asked if someone could come today if not Monday he said oh ya I got a few ppl in your area should have somebody there in 1 hour so I did not agree to pay the $326 dollar bill he did noting at all never looked under the cabinet sink to see if anything is wrong all he did was turn the water on and says it’s broken so I refused to pay and said call his boss the boss said for me to only pay $100 I agree to it then called another company that came out today and fixed my sink for $89 so they are scamming people so watch out when or if u call them I highly suggest not to
