I can't say enough good things about Nathaniel and his crew at Cool Dynamics. They installed a complete HVAC system for us. I enjoyed working with Nathaniel every step of the way, from system proposal to installation to post-installation follow-up. His crew was prompt, polite, very professional and did an outstanding job on the installation, never cutting corners and going above and beyond in helping us set up our smart thermostat. Looking forward to working with Cool Dynamics for any of our future HVAC needs, and I would highly recommend them.

Let me start by saying we’ve worked with many HVAC contractors in San Antonio, and Cool Dynamics stands out above the rest. We manage over 40 Airbnbs and from now on, they will be our go-to company for all HVAC issues.

Nathaniel just finished the install of our 2 brand new AC units. Very professional. Explained everything that would be done. Did a full assessment prior to giving quote. Explained all options. Obtained permits. Did a walk through afterwards. I've never been more impressed with an AC company. They are newer business. The owner himself was part of install crew. The warranty they offer is top notch. I highly recommend this outstanding business.

I called the company on Thursday and Caleb came out on Friday morning to check out my a/c system. Another company had come out on Thursday and recommended a few repairs that I was questioning. Caleb inspected my system and told me the repairs were not needed. Am very thankful to find a company that I can trust and was able to meet my needs in such a timely fashion. Great job!!!

Cool Dynamics responded very quickly to my service request. They accommodated my schedule and kept me informed on when to expect the technician to arrive. They sent Martin who was very polite and personable. He knew exactly how to fix the problem. He showed respect for my home by putting booties over his shoes before entering the house and was very pleasant to work with. Worked quickly and efficiently. If the need arises, I will definitely call Cool Dynamic again.

Miguel and Nate were great, nothing like the big companies, fixed the issue, showed my problem and something that another company had supposedly fixed and hadn’t done it. It’s sad that you don’t know who to trust anymore.

Caleb was fast and efficient. Helped us out when we were in a bind after our furnace quit working. Diagnosed the problem and provided an immediate solution. Our heat is back on during a cold snap.

Spoke with Nathan and a tech was on the scene in just a few hours.
