Nathaniel was persistent enough in his diagnosing to catch my a/c gremlin (1984 movie) red handed. Nate isn't going make up something to milk his customers like a cow for every dollar he can. As long as his promptness, diligence, and integrity stays intact, he should go far as an HVAC contractor. May God continue to cause His face to shine on him and his. Amen

Nathaniel and Caleb were professional and prompt. Didn’t expect service a couple hours after I called. He was able to rectify the problem quickly and it was affordable. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and handled it with 30 day warranty. Will definitely come back.

Had a great experience while in a bad situation. Nathaniel , fixed furnace at my tenants home . I have had bad experiences with other hvac companies, but this company while referred to me by my sister using them were great. They have integrity and honest and treat their customers great . Didnt try to upsell me or add extra like other companies I dealt with. Very reasonable pricing, and showed up on time . Professional and will take care of you. Trust me . I finally found a company I will always use. And refer to my mom and friends.

Excellent service! Nathaniel was able to come by and resolve the issue the same day I called. He explained the issue in detail and layman's terms, so I appreciated that. The total cost was affordable and as expected. He offered me a maintenance package, but with NO PRESSURE whatsoever. I have an old unit and the price was reasonable, and I was planning to get the heat checked for winter anyway, so it was perfect timing. Even if i hadn't signed up for the maintenance package, i would definitely do business with them again.

I called Nate over at Cool Dynamics because my AC just wasnt cooling anymore. That same day, Caleb and Miguel came out to take a look at the system and found a tripped breaker. They did an entire maintenance routine anyways and luckily nothing was broken elsewhere, just the breaker. While they are not electricians, it doesnt take one to see that it appears that the home builder under-specced the entire panel and they recommended I have a qualified electrician come out to take a look.

No upsells, no sketchy recommendations, just good, honest service at a reasonable price. This is the kind of company you WANT to work with and exactly the reason I wont call anyone else if my system needs anything!

We had contacted Cool Dynamics because our HVAC was making loud noises on a really cold night. Nathaniel came out right away, on Sunday of a holiday weekend, and thoroughly checked out our system. He explained why it makes loud noises when temps go below freezing. While checking our system, he determined that our capacitor was weak. He was able to fix it within minutes. There was no pressure to do the repair. He was very professional. I recommend this company and trust them for future repairs.

Nate came out and checked new unit they installed in Oct. He arrived checked over whole system and took care of the problem. Their installation crew was great when they installed my new unit. Don't get suckered into buying a new unit get at least 3 bids. Cool Dynamics was right on the money and Nate explained everything. Thank Cool Dynamics

These guys offered a fair competitive price for quality equipment replacement. As a former HVAC tech myself, I would say that their installation was professional and picture perfect. There was great attention to detail and their communication is fantastic. These guys have done work at my office and I’ve also sent them to my parents home and they always do great work, at a fair price and are professional.
