Specs did a great job fixing my grandfather's refrigerated coke box. No other shop in town would even touch it to get it going again, but specs stepped up and went above and beyond getting it up and running. Definitely not a typical job and probably not worth it to many people but for us it was priceless.

Edit December '23: Had to get a new ice maker for the grandparents. They made ordering a new flaked ice maker as painless as it could possibly be. Came in quickly and works prefectly. Another great experience with Specs.

Jasper came into our T-Mobile store in Levelland yesterday and was FREAKIN AMAZING! He was able to identify the issue and offered a solutions to get it resolved in a timely manner!

Seth came and did an install of our new ice machine. He did a great job, he even came back and fixed part of the install he didn't like, even though it was working just fine.

Got to our problem quick and figured out what it was for us (even when it wasn't directly the ice maker on our machine like we thought. …he kept problem solving to figure out the most likely issue for us which saved me tons of time in the long run.) Super grateful they care about the customer and what we are facing; not just the machine.

I rarely give 5* ratings but my dealings with SPECS Refrigeration was beyond reproach. The service staff were very easy to deal with and paid close attention to my concerns. My equipment was repaired in a timely manner. I couldn't have had a better experience with them. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone that is in need of refrigeration service.
