We contact Spec’sto come out and repair a beverage cooler that a local company came out and serviced. They informed us that we had a leak and came back during our non business hours and fixed it. They have AWESOME customer service!!!

The Technician Jonathon was professional, courteous and communicated the issues. Resolved the issues and had the machines back in working order.

My AC went out on Monday during this over 100 plus degree weather. I had someone look at it but used the wrong parts. Specs sent out a technician and he fixed it in a timely manner. Very professional and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced!!!

Air conditioner died on a Friday and my attempted home repair probably made things worse. Specs sent a tech out on Saturday who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very professional service and I got out for a little less than I expected for a weekend call!

SPECS Refrigeration did a wonderful job of taking care of our commercial Ice machine. They even noticed our filter was restricted and quoted and replaced it. I often forget to call for scheduled maintenance, but they call twice yearly, and we always get it handled. I would recommend them to anyone with a large ice machine.

We called Pete at Specs to fix our split unit.
He had his guys out the following day.
They got it repaired quickly.
The guys were friendly and efficient.
We will call them if we need any more work done in the future.
