I had a great first experience with using Hub City Appliance Repair this week, and will use them again. Tom was on time, very helpful, honest, and did his job with excellence. 5 star review. He even followed up to help me purchase a needed part at the best possible price.

Tom was very prompt, polite and professional! He gave us a very good deal on an easy fix. We will definitely use his services again next time we have an appliance issue.

I lucked out and was able to get an appointment the next day on a Samsung Dryer that no longer heated up. The gentleman showed up when promised, with the necessary part on hand, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the dryer. He cleaned out the hidden internal space and left everything better than he found it. I also appreciated his recommendation of a good, easy-to-use voltemeter like the one he used to verify power was getting to the heating element but not through it. Fast, friendly, and a fair price. Can't ask for more.

Very unprofessional. Don't recommend to call this person and this location at all as he is very rude and unstable person that like to argue. Does not even deserve one star. He showed up an hour late to repair leaking dishwasher, looked at it for about 10 min then said nothing is wrong with it and cannot do anything. Still charged full amount 102 without providing proper service. The guy is extremely unprofessional and likes to argue with customer instead doing his job. This is not how you supposed to do business, a local business like this should be ashamed scamming people this way.

This was the worst experience dealing with this location. Be aware that all other reviews are either fake or wrote by his friends and family members. He showed up an hour late, look at a broken dishwasher for less than 10 min and said its fine. He started to argue that he cannot do anything more and still charges full amount 102. He is not a normal individual and was very agitated as he slammed my house door on the way out after getting paid. Very unprofessional and rude individual. Feel very sorry for him as they do not know how to run a local business. Stop scamming people

We love Tom! He repaired our refrigerator quickly and efficiently, was very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and honestly just a joy to have around. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free. If you need appliance repair, Tom is your guy. I hope none of my appliances break again, but it is nice knowing exactly who I’d call to fix it.
