Constraction reviews in Lubbock, Texas

Wow, just wow! I am beyond satisfied with the care and performance that 3 Kings provided me with! As a student at school, I never have the time to take care of my house. So when I started to see parts of my roof not looking okay, I freaked out. Luckily, I met up with Mike here at 3 Kings Roofing and immediately he reassured me I was going to be taken care of. Great customer service and price for the job, and before 3 kings my roof looked like a disaster. Now I'm still in school, but I don't have to worry about my roof caving in on me. Thank y'all!

Never completed the work, won’t answer calls or emails. They took my money and vanished.

I have known for years we needed a new roof but the entire process seemed too overwhelming to start. I am so happy I met these guys though. They walked me through the process start to finish, and explained it in a very straight forward and understandable way. They were not pushy at all and were eager to help us out and answer all of our questions. Now that our roof and gutters are completed I could not be happier. My house looks so much better now and we get compliments regularly from guests and neighbors. I would certainly recommend 3 Kings Roofing to anyone needing quality and affordable work done

3 Kings took care of my home after a huge hail storm damaged my roof, gutters and windows. The sales rep thoroughly explained the process and even met with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was overlooked. 3 Kings acted as my General Contractor for the entire restoration project to make sure things were done correctly and efficiently. They had a Supervisor on-site from start to finish, which made me feel at ease. I have recommended 3 Kings to family and friends to take care of their needs as well. If you’re looking for a dependable company to oversee your roofing needs, give these guys a call!!!

Three Kings Roofing was super easy to work with. Jeremy was on time to meet me for the initial inspection. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He kept me informed of each step and was able to fit our roof replacement into their schedule super fast. The crew that came out worked quickly. The on site supervisor was also great and kept me informed of the progress.

Rick Courtney and provie was very nice and they helped me with my roof needs and I would recommend them to anyone

3 Kings was recommended to me by a co-worker. I am so glad that I called them. Krysten was great from the start. She walked thru the whole process with me from start to finish. Jacob stepped in to help along the way and get everything set up. On roofing day, Scott and his crew was very professional and did an amazing job. The whole team went above and beyond from start to finish. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who asks for a good roofer. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you guys for everything.

Very impressed with everything! Kade Turnage and Corey were extremely informative and helpful. Very professional operation! I would highly recommend this business to everyone!

3 Kings were a heaven sent after the big storm of 2025. They boarded up our broken windows and helped get things moving. They have already done our roof and windows are scheduled to be done later this week with a few other things that will be done according. I will definitely recommend them and I will use them again should I ever need to.

I like the new roof that was just completed by 3King. I also like the quality and professionalism of their service. They always promptly replied to my questions in seconds and addressed my requests to my satisfaction.

I did not think the hail had done any damage to my roof, but after I allowed one company to inspect it, I found out that I was incorrect. I started searching for a quality roofing company. I contacted several, and they all said had damage. One of my neighbors was observing a roof being replaced close to him so he informed the roofing representative of me and my location, and called me that the representative would be coming to my house in a short while. When the representative came, (Lee Pruitt) of 3 Kings Roofing he was very polite, professional, and informative. We set a time for him to inspect my roof and he showed up at our agreed time, answered any and, all of my questions and concerns, then and after. He brought me samples of roofing material that I requested, and explained each of quality, and warranty. He explained the current vents that I had and, made suggestions. We set a date to have the roofing replaced and, their crew showed up as planned. Lee and his company have done all the work, and communication with my insurance company and followed threw in every manner. Lee has answered his phone every time I have called, The roofing crew was exceptionally polite, quick, and efficient with the installation, property protection, and cleanup. Lee is a quality person, keeping his word with professionalism. Lee is an individual that I would welcome from any industry.

Cory did great with us. Kept in contact with us about everything. When it was time for the roof to be done the guys did great. They were very efficient, they knew exactly what to do. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kaden Franklin with 3 Kings Roofing has been an absolute pleasure to work with! Fast. Honest. Efficient. They are Super Reliable and dependable! We will never choose another roofer!

These guys are SERIOUSLY the best around. They made everything so easy and Cory helped us every step of the way. He even gave me a ride to my car rental place 😁. We hired him for car painless dent removal, and roof repairs. These guys deserve more then a five star rating.

Rick did a very good job working with us from the beginning and until our roof was installed. Highly recommend! Good communication.

DJ did a great job and was very non pressure along with great communication !!!! Best customer service ever with great price and outstanding quality of work!!! Ask for DJ if you need a great contact for this company!!!

DJ and the 3 Kings crew are just an absolute pleasure to work with. They sit down and explain everything very simply, which to someone who just had holes put in their home from weather and has never dealt with a situation like this, was just so refreshing and reassuring that everything will be alright. I was lucky enough to stumble upon 3 Kings but I hope my review will help others get the same great help I got.

DJ has been so helpful with helping us get quotes and giving us updates on everything for the repairs to our house. It is nice to work with him and 3Kings knowing the can do all the repairs through their company. I definitely recommend DJ and 3Kings Roofing.

Cory Taylor was great to work with, answering all of our questions and helping us get a plan and all materials setup for the work we needed done. From the initial inspection to the completed repairs our house needed, roof, trim, gutters, doors, siding, etc, Cory had arranged. All of the people with 3 Kings that we dealt with were very professional, completed the repairs quickly and did great work on our house.

This is my second roof in 2 years from the hail storms we’ve had in Lubbock. I was not satisfied with the first roofer because they had to be called back for corrections to the roof and they wanted a higher payment than the signed contract we entered into. They harassed my wife and myself for the increase for several weeks after the roof completion and left a very sour taste in our mouths about roofers. Kaeden Franklin & 3 Kings Roofing changed all of that! Kaeden did what he said he would do at the contract price he provided us. He was always available to us when we had questions or concerns, even during the evening hours! The roofing crew showed up when scheduled. They covered all my shrubs with tarps, protected my windows with plywood leaned up against them and moved my patio furniture out of the way that I forgot to do. 3 Kings cleaned up all the trash etc left during the job and placed my patio furniture back in the exact place which impressed my wife greatly. They completed the job in one day unlike my previous roofer who took a day and a half. I can’t say enough good things about Kaden & 3 Kings!!!! I don’t want to need another roofer for awhile (2 roofs in 2 years is enough for me) but if I do, Kaden Franklin & 3 Kings Roofing will be my first and only call. Thank you guys very, very, very much!!! You just earned a life long customer.

3kings roofing is a highly professional and competent contracting company that provides superior customer service. Rick Aldridge is the best service rep that I have worked with. like everybody in South love it my house got hammered by the hail storm on June 5. Rick was diligent in getting his work crew on as quickly as possible all the repairs that I asked for to a high degree of quality. I have a recommend 3kings roofing.
