Constraction reviews in Lubbock, Texas

They were involved with every step and communicated the schedule precisely. We thought them and they’re crew were great.

Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. He took pictures during the free inspection and showed me why the roof needed to be replaced. They were able to order supplies and schedule quickly and they completed the job in one day.

After the insurance adjustor denied our claim, we contacted 3 Kings, and they sent Michael Gomez over, who found a LOT of hail damage the adjustor 'missed'... Needless to say, once Mr. Gomez got back to them, they reversed course and we got a new roof. The 3 Kings crew who did the work were fantastic and expeditious. Highly recommend!!

Very dissatisfied with this company. Be aware they will tell you anything to get your work. The supposed 3 Kings site supervisor was a joke. He did not do anything but doodle with his truck, did not even get on the roof anytime during the roof replacement. I had to inspect the roof myself and glad I did because there was one section of the roof that still had the old shingles on it that they totally missed. Also found bare spots with no shingles, bare roofing nails, and several valley's that did not line up. The roofers did come back and fix everything except the ridge caps that did not color match the shingles. I tried calling the 3 Kings Area Manager (Mike) but he has not called me back. 3 Kings Roofing will do anything to get your work so just be very cautious and get everything in writing and please check your roof before you pay them because after you pay them you will never hear from them again. Michael Gomez is a very professional representative of the company. I do feel and trust that when he says they will do something it’s done better then I could have imagined. I have no problem leaving my doors unlocked when I’m not there with him, and when they are done they take magnets all over the front and back yards so spouse's, kids, animals, and car and truck tires don’t get stabbed! I strongly recommend Michael Gomez for any job involving my future and my investments.

Jeremy at 3 Kings roofing was a pleasure to work with. He kept in contact with me on all the details including dealing with the insurance for me. I highly recommend Jeremy and his team. Very satisfied with my hail damage roof repairs.

Cory did an amazing job, very detailed and explained the whole process and the expenses of the roofing job on our house.

Could not be pleased more with 3 Kings roofing. I’ve owned a construction company for 20 years and the Quality of work from 3 Kings roofing was over the top from start to finish. Kevin Rich was our contact and he was the most respectful young man I’ve every dealt with, answered all my questions and did not try to upsale me with things I didn’t need. I definitely will be given his # out to people in the neighborhood and on my the job sites. Thanks again 3 kings roofing.

Kaden and Cory made sure the roof and other repairs were completed as well as the additional work to a high standard.

Three Kings roofing did an excellent job. They made the process very easy and they cleaned up after themselves.
Working with Mike was an added benefit because he made the process as smooth as possible.

Mike at 3 Kings Roofing was professional and easy to work with. Our roof was installed professionally with a well uniformed crew, done in a timely manner, and Mike was there through every step of the process. Wouldn’t go to anyone else for a roof in the South Plains! A+ service!!

We were exceptionally pleased with 3 Kings Roofing. Their crew came in, went to work, removed the old shingles, made repairs as needed and finished the roof quickly and efficiently. They took time to protect the landscaping and Windows before removing the old shingles, then completely cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend them, and have already shared their information with several friends and neighbors. These guys are the real deal.

I was unsure who to see about my roofing questions and glad I came across 3 Kings Roofing. I spoke with Mike Gomez, he responded quickly and answered all my questions I had about installing solar panels and the benefits. I appreciated the honesty and thorough explanation on which route to take when it came to picking out the perfect roof for me.

3 Kings was amazing. Kailey and Mike were with me every step of the way, from the adjuster coming out until completion. Very knowledgeable in what they do. The roof was complete in 1 1/2 days. The roofers were awesome. Kept the front and back free of nails and trash. They even protect my roses.

It was a pleasure working with Michael Gomez and his crew when needing a an unexpected roof repair. His response time and professionalism was the best compared to anyone else I've worked with especially when I needed my roof fixed ASAP. I will definitely be using Michael and his team again!

Mr. Wes Loewen stopped by house and did roof inspection. We knew the roof needed replacement he took the time to explain how Insurance work and we were really impressed with how he offered to help us. He stayed in contact with me gave us a quote. Deal Done and 3 king crew was great they were very professional and cleaned up, would recommend

These guys are great! There was a horrible storm that took down most of our town. We called up Michael Gomez and he got us taken care of! They even helped with our detached building in the back. He handled all the paperwork, walked us through it step by step. He was great!
The materials were delivered promptly, and the crew was there the next day. No waiting with our driveway with flats of roofing gear like I saw at other houses in our area. The guys got it all done in one day! We have a young son and two dogs. I was concerned about the debris, nails, trash being everywhere. I searched couldn’t find a thing. The entire crew spent time combing through our yard to make sure they cleaned up. I wasn’t expecting that! Warmed my heart!
Very professional, swift, and quality work!
