Mr. Hutson and his crew are excellent at what they do. Not only that, but they are extremely profession, courteous and polite while they do it. Had 4 bed room carpets cleaned and an area rug and it looks like the carpet was just laid from the factory. Would recommend them to EVERYONE!!

Mr Hutson With Falcon came and did my carpets yesterday they look great He was very courteous and was In-and out..iv been here for 12 yrs and the carpet looks brand new..I usually don't leave reviews unless I'm really impressed. And it wasn't just the work It was the professional courtesy I was showed at the same timeThat's why I would recommend these guys to anybody!!!!!!

I used falcon flood services for to remove a really strong odor from a rental house that I run. The house smelled terrible after a 5-year tenant moved out, and I needed to get it rented again. Falcon Flood Services had the perfect products to do this. They used the ozone machine and other services to make sure that my rental was smelling amazing after their services. I cannot believe it is the same house! I would strongly recommend Falcon Flood to any one needing a treatment for smell.

Great company. John , the manager was a great help. He understood what needed to be done and he did it effectively and time efficiently. He didn’t talk over my head or at me. He talk to me as a person and I could tell he really truly cared about his company as well as me as a Person and not just a customer. I hope I won’t need to use them again however, I will definitely use them again and no one else. I love the fact that we just talked about God and our beliefs while he did his job. John and his team do exceptional work, promptly and with amazing customer service. They’ve cleaned a few carpets for us that seemed way too soiled to save but Falcon cleaned them beautifully. Their rates are low as they develop their customer base so you’ll want to capitalize on it by using them as often as possible before the word gets out. Falcon’s high integrity, great communication and attention to detail is impressive.

I can not express how thankful I am to Falcon Flood Service, I came home to a flood durning Memorial weekend. Monday morning Jon and his crew came out and looked at the place and explained everything that needed to be done, He immediately tore out the carpet placed fans out to dry out the place, they moved my furniture with care, and the following day they came and pick up the wet carpet from my front yard. For three days the fans were on so no mold would build up, and in those three days Jon was there checking the flooring and to see how I was doing. Falcon Flood services has helped me with a flooded master bedroom and kitchen after a hot water heater malfunction. I can say that they are the most impressive and professional service I have had to use, they worked with my insurance adjuster and advocated on my behalf to make sure that I was reimbursed for their service. Jon, was professional, communicated with me at every step in the process from beginning to end, and was open and transparent about cost, and services. I highly recommend them and their services if you ever experience water damage to your home and carpet.

Jon and Evan are the best. We came home from a weekend away to our second slab leak in less than a month and we met with several companies that wanted to charge us thousands of dollars just to dry out the house, not even fix any damaged drywall. One of the local companies that tried to take advantage of our situation rhymes with schmarpet schmech. I called Falcon Flood Services because of their great reviews and Jon came out within an hour or so, even though it was late in the day. They got to work and went above and beyond to give me and my wife peace of mind that we weren’t going to have mold. These guys knew we weren’t filing an insurance claim and they worked with us every step of the way to make sure we weren’t totally screwed financially. They even got me hooked up with a guy who does good drywall work. I cannot speak highly enough of Jon and Evan. These guys have a high attention to detail and won’t leave till the job is done right. They made sure both they and we and were happy. I hope I never have another flood, but if I do I’m calling Falcon Flood Services. They definitely made a super stressful time a lot easier to get through.
