Constraction reviews in Lubbock, Texas

After a terrible experience with another new builder in Lubbock we went with Dreambuilt for our first new home purchase. They have been outstanding! Build quality is excellent, finishings are modern and they have prices that can't be beaten by other builders in the same neighborhood. Huck came over for the blue tape walk through where we mark any touch ups that need to be done before closing and was on top of making the home perfect before we move in. HIGHLY recommend them if you are in the market for a new home construction. They have an outstanding reputation and stand behind their work 100%. Trust was a huge issue with the 1st builder we dealt with and you can trust Dreambuilt to do the right thing and build a beautiful home. Thanks again Dreambuilt, so happy to have a nice new home to build memories in!!!!

Good service

They are one of the best fence and landscaping business out there. For there prices cant go wrong.

Great service! Greg, removed the existing fence and set metal poles the same day. Day two fence and metal framed gates installed! Local business owner. Outstanding job!

Was told twice they “would have someone out” to temporarily fix our fence until they could schedule us in for a new one. Made another call to the owner and was told to find someone else to install a new fence. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I can’t believe the horrible service of this company. They put up a fence that literally is unsafe. The bottom of the fence literally causes injury to pets and people alike and they will not respond to calls to fix correctly. My friend has had to send their dog to the vet for stitches MULTIPLE TIMES. Best value fencing is aware and will not come out to fix the issue. It has even injured the home owners. Why not just do the job right the first time when called? Horrible service.

Best Value Fencing recently replaced our rotting ugly fence. We are very happy that we chose this company. The work, price, and professionalism was really great. Greg and his workers were on time and easy to work with. Greg’s work ethic and personal integrity really shined through. My wife and I, heartily recommend Best Value Fencing for all your fencing needs!

Greg was fantastic! He and his team gave me the best rates out of all other fencing contractors, and their work was incredible. I've had the fence for 12 months so far and its still like brand new. I went with a 7 foot metal fence. Highly recommend Greg.

Great!!!!

Great Team!

It is a very respectful and wonderful company! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of general contracting service!

This is a great group of people. They care about the projects, customers and the people which they work. They work well with design team and owners to ensure the final product is not only up to their expectations but also meet Teinert's standards. They truly care.

Best roofing company in Lubbock hands down! Trace will take care of you and make sure it’s done right. His knowledge about the latest roofing products and his team’s workmanship is impeccable. Would highly recommend him to all my family and neighbors!!!

Trace with Gurss Roofing and his team were there when we needed them after the June 2025 storm. Boarding up windows, talking to insurance company, installing new roof, replacing windows, HVAC and other damaged areas of the house. So grateful for their help, kindness and professionalism.

Great work.

I wish I could show a picture. My roof leaks after putting on a metal roof and the moisture rotted out the wood under the roof. The underlip of the roof is hanging off and you can see my ceiling from outside.

Rollo Gurrs is the best in Lubbock for a reason, they did my roof in record time and made me feel like an actual human instead of just a number like my last roofer. I definitely recommend these guys if you want a truly local business that has your back!

I highly recommend Rollo Gurss for their exceptional work ethic and reliability. They consistently showed up on time and put in the effort to ensure the job was done right. Traces’ attention to detail and commitment to quality are unmatched, making him a true professional who knows how to deliver results. Whether it's a tight deadline or a complex task, he handled it with skill and efficiency. You can trust them to get the job done perfectly every time. Five stars for their outstanding service and dedication!

Excellent work! Got here early and finished in one day. Highly recommend.
