Constraction reviews in Lubbock, Texas

Very professional company that is trustworthy, transparent, and overall very pleasant to work with. Part of my long standing skepticism of getting my roof replaced was the idea of having so many people running around my yard, even for one or two days. But they were very respectful, attentive, and they did a great job leaving my yard in the same condition as they found it. (If you've ever had a roof put on you know how careless they can be with trash and nails). And Cassidy did a wonderful job monitoring the crew, dealing with my insurance, and making sure everything was as painless as possible. Which is great since I travel for work. I have yet to do business with a company as friendly, transparent, or customer-oriented as Excel Construction Group. Thank you guys!

We had our roof done and our neighbors had their's done as well. The team was here at 7am and done with both roofs by the time I arrived home at 5pm. Roofs look great and they cleaned up afterwards. Kaden Franklin walked us through every step and answered all the questions we had!! He was very professional and knowledgeable! Will be recommending to everyone we know.

I want to thank Kaden and Robert for coming out and giving us there great customer service and professionalism in replacing our roof. Two dedicated individuals who put there customers needs as a priority and made sure that we were satisfied with the work that was provided. We were not just satisfied but would recommend them highly (Excel Construction) to anybody who is looking to do any kind of remodeling or roof replacements or repairs to give these guys a call. Promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys for your service and dedication.

We've had our roof replaced a few times throughout the years and this was by far the smoothest and best experience so far. Robert Gomez was courteous, extremely thorough and communicated everything very clearly. They were able to work us in quickly and when they finished up, they cleaned up so well! I highly recommend this company!

Justin Pearson and his team did the most wonderful job on my double wide Mobil Home roof. I called this company 1st and I’m so glad I did. I did call two other places and no one could beat his price or his professionalism.Justin is very professional and will help you with everything. Thank God I went with Excel Construction Group!!!! I would recommend this company for their honesty anytime!!!
Thank you & God Bless
My roof is Beautiful!!!

I'm impressed with the service; I know it becomes difficult to finish the roof work within a short deadline, but you guys finished my roof installation quickly and helped me a lot. I recommend your services.

We really appreciate the work these guys did for us. We had hell trying to get our roof fixed due to leaks. After 2 years and multiple contractors ghosting us, Anthony, Eric, and Ricky just happened by one day asking about our roof and within six months the roof was replaced and all of the interior water damage was fixed. They have great customer service, we got a call at least once a week with an update, very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Even after the roof was replaced they would drop by and see how everything was holding up, best of all the roof is fixed and no longer leaking. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again for anything in the future. My family and I can’t thank them enough.

I had a fantastic experience with Excel Construction Group for a roof replacement after hail damage destroyed my roof. Huge thanks to Kaden Franklin and his crew. Kaden's professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication made the entire process seamless. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend their services. They were prompt to fix the roof and cleaning up any debris, and material after the job was complete. I would highly recommend this group and Kaden and his crew for anybody who needs their services.

Robert Gomez was Awesome at his job. Really fought for us with insurance on getting some things done for our roof. The roofing crew was Excellent couldn’t ask for any better. They showed up and took care of business. These guys not only got the roof done but I have never seen a roofing company who didn’t leave one piece of trash in the lawn. They also ran the magnet for at least an hour all around the house. I went out and didn’t find one piece of metal or screw on the ground. Here are some AWESOME photos.

Ricky Alvarado helped coordinate our roof
installation and other repairs after a major storm in June. He provided excellent service and communicated with us every step of the way. Highly recommend Excel Construction! Our house looks great!

Not real sure of available items in other departments, but helpful never the less . Like any employ in the store just ask an they will help you and if they can't they will get someone who can

I had floors installed less than a year ago and after multiple trips they say that there is random water damage which is supposedly causing issues with the floor, in the middle of the living room of all places in the dining room, in the kitchen and that all the molding is popping off yet it's water damage after the moisture readings are always 0. They refuse to help with any portion of it and blame us for planks lifting and unevenness. Just to get out of fixing the floors. I would NEVER use them again for any flooring as they took forever to even get it in as well.

I made an appointment to have blinds measured and no one showed up and Home Depot themselves don't know who was coming to do it. So now they have my money for my stuff but they don't know is going to even do the work. I worked my busy schedule around to. E here and no one showed up. I called Lowe's home improvement and they were quick to respond. I didn't have to wait and they where here when they said they be.

Any additional work needed on my new home was done in a quick and professional manner. Chad, Jerome and all the workers were prompt, knowledgeable and did great work!! I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing work done in and around their home!!

Logan was very knowledgeable and fixed our issue in no time at all! Also he was early which helped us make it to work on time! Highly recommend!!
