I had received 2 quotes prior to calling R.P. HVAC. I accepted 1 offer on the 18th but I never heard back from the company. I called R.P. HVAC and they came out the next day to give me a quote and the next day scheduled me for services to get done. Great communication and very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend giving them a call first before getting other quotes.

RP came in absolutely clutch, fast service, the only person that was willing to come out at night even though the other hvac places claimed to be 24 hour. Friendly, fast, and got the ac running! The only option for people that need there ac fixed without the bs.

My roommate and I were having AC troubles around 8pm, the entire house was getting hot, we called multiple HVAC companies (at least 10), including ones that “claimed” they were 24/7 and no one would come out till the next day. We didn’t want to sleep in a burning hot home in the middle of July in Texas. We thought we were out of luck until R.P. HVAC answered. Their technician/owner Richard, came out instantly, within 30 minutes of us calling, he assessed the problem with our AC, which happened to be a blown capacitor, and fixed the issue in 15-20 minutes TOPS! This was at 10pm, All the places we called that “claimed” they were 24/7 could not. If you need fast and reliable service, R.P. HVAC IS THE ONLY WAY!

R.P HVAC came and fixed our central air conditioner on a Sunday at short notice. He took care of making sure all the wiring was fixed well and the fan blades spun correctly. No short cuts. Very courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend his service. Thank you for saving us from a 102 degree day. 😊

Richard came by on a Saturday to look at repairing my AC unit. He was very thorough and explained everything to me and what needed to be done. Professional and very courteous. If you need a dependable person to look at your heating cooling air-conditioning system, he is the person to call!

Poor service here In Austin after having a complete AC unit replacement!!!!! 5 months old and condensation. water leak on floor!!! Repaired now / Everything is fine now 🤠

WE HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WOTH THE AC IN OUT HOME SINCE THE END OF MAY😔 we have had a company come out multiple times after getting the landlord to switch the company we got blessed with mr richard and his crew!!! let me tell you for two days now my ac has ran properly and works so good! him and his son are very friendly and they explain everything to you while going thru the process!!! such a joy and a pleasure to have crossed paths with this man!!! i woild highly recommend him at all times!!!!! thank you MR.RICHARD!!!!

Ricardo was incredible. He was very professional and patient with all my questions. As I watched over his shoulder, he talked me through all the troubleshooting he performed. He tried everything in his power to get it running while he ordered a new unit. His price on our new unit was untouchable, and the customer service is second to none. I will be using Ricardo for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Was incredibly helpful with getting my furnace fixed in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable and was able to clearly tell me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it!

I was referred to Duncan Heating and Air from the Carrier warranty representative. The associate took my information, called me back within 10 minutes, and dispatched an A/C tech to visit my home between 2PM and 2:30PM. Steven showed up precisely at 2:00PM. Steven was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. His expertise with Carrier A/C systems is extensive, and he was able to explain every issue with my HVAC unit in layman's terms. He also provided multiple, accessible options based on his diagnosis. I am blessed that he was my A/C service man today. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
