I did have issues but Absolute stepped up to their word and so did I. Home warranty companies just will not make your life easier and make claims on their coverage. The people who suffer is the home owner and the local repair companies that suffer. Absolute Refrigeration Air Conditioning and Heating LLC went above and beyond to make things right.

Highly recommend Absolute for your servicing needs! Our furnace stopped working while we had an infant in the house and Paul was very prompt to come and take a look. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was seeing. Very professional, could not recommend more!

In April 2023, we had a new unit installed. Juan made a hole on one of the garage walls and on one of the doors where the furnace is housed. He used drywall repair to attempt to resolve the issue; it’s a shoddy job. However, now our garage needs to be painted since he destroyed it. We should be given a new door as well. In summer 2023, this so called new unit stopped cooling & they had to come out to repair it. In November 2023, the unit stopped heating. I called the company twice and twice they stated they would send their on call technician, but they were a no show. Since the weather temperature was in the 20s, I had to hire another company to fix my unit & I have to foot the cost. Absolute Refrigeration does not care about its customers, they don’t care to resolve problems, and anyone can see the complaints that have been filed with the Better Business Bureau; they have resolved 0 complaints. They are not accredited by the BBB, so make sure you take your business elsewhere.

I had three service people and they were great. Joe, came out on service call and then explained not only to me but to my son(by phone) about the need for a new system. He helped us with the selection of a new system.

Hugo and Adrian were the ones that came and installed the new Trane system. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. I know I had the best of the best taking care of my home. I would highly recommend Absolute to anyone.

Joe and his crew are the best! My a/c unit went out and Joe even let me borrow one they had at the yard while my new unit came in so I wouldn’t have to go days without one. Excellent customer service! Fast, professional, and great people.

Update: came back from vacation and one of my units wasn’t working properly. Called Joe and he was here within the hour. Got my house back to 70 degrees in no time! Glad i went with Absolute.

Nathen came out to our home and quickly diagnosed our problem. Instead of just suggesting a fix, he presented multiple options while teaching me about the system in general. Came out the next day and the install crew were quick and clean. Overall great company!

Our 24 year old a/c was not cooling properly. We out in a ST to our home warranty and Absolute was assigned to our ticket. They came out well after 5pm to assist. We are told they could fix it but it would probably continue to have issues, which we knew was coming. We also knew heater would probably not make it another year. We agreed to move forward with a new unit the guys( Amadore Nathan-name on my phone, as I don’t remember their names) were very professional. Out new unit was scheduled for Monday. The crew called ahead and showed up on time and went straight to work. They were the most quiet crew ever. They just worked and got the installed complete. Our house was about 80 degrees when the finished and was down to 72 in not time. And I will tell you that at 72 we are cold, not like our old unit that even at 66 parts of the house were still not cold. Adrian, Billy, Brian did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything like they hadn’t even been here. The unit is larger on the outside than our other one and had to have more dirt to build around it and covered more of my newly installed grass than I would have like but hopefully the grass will grow over it in no time. (That is my only complaint which is not their fault) I feel certain this new unit will pay for itself not having to run it so low all the time. We are very happy with the new install so far.

We were blessed to work with Alexis, Dena and Cambree in a difficult situation. Our renters were without AC ( 2 months total) and we were working with our warranty company to get it resolved. We ran into one wall after another and it wasnt until Alexis promised to get the problem resolved, that we saw results. Alexis, Dena and Cambree worked tirelessly to figure out what the delay was from and how to get it fixed ASAP!! I was told by Alexis that she would figure it out and then they did!!!!! Integrity is HUGE and this was an example of integrity and hard work, combined to get the best results!!! I HIGHLY,HIGHLY recommend this company and am so thankful for all that they did!!!!!

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of this company. When my home owners warranty failed us on an electrical issue with our AC, Absolute really stepped up to help us. We had, had triple digit temps four days in a row and they got us a new system the next day! 0% financing And a great warranty too. A payment I could afford was a plus. It works great, was put in neatly and they really respected my home. Thank you very much Nathan, Hugo, Daniel and Adrian. And Absolute Refrigeration ya’ll are the best!

We returned home from an extended trip to no A/C in the house. It was 94° inside. I called Absolute to have a serviceman come out, only to be told that it would be 3 days before they could come out. I realize that they have been very busy with calls over the time we had been gone. It had been over 100° every day since we left.
When Joe, the serviceman showed up, he was very quick to diagnose the problem. I had a builder's model unit, that had lost all its refrigerant. He showed me my options, as I figured the entire system needed to be exchanged. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
When we had made a choice, the crew showed up the following day and installed the system, without a hitch. Juan's crew did the cleanest install I've ever seen, picked up after themselves and hauled the old system back with them. Thus far, the system is working great!
Incidentally, my home was constructed in 2001, and that Trane unit ran that long!

We called Absolute to service our old ac unit for the spring. Nathan educated me about our old unit and explained the benefits of a new system which we were already considering. We decided to purchase a new heating/ac unit and they came to install it the very next day! Juan and Evan were the installers and they were very professional, quick, and they cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated very much. All of the employees that we dealt with are very knowlegeable and give great customer service. I would highly recommend this company! I should mention they were our 1st call because they were the only company that could diagnose our ac problem last year! These guys know what they are doing!

This business gave more than horrible service. They even managed to disable my AC unit after I was lied to about a quote they gave me. I denied service from them so the installers cut wires from fan motor and wired thermostat to board all wrong!!! I am now left without AC that was working before they came.

I was impressed with the people that I dealt with. During the initial meeting when the issue was diagnosed, I was given options and not ultimatums or scare tactics. The gentleman sold the benefits of a new unit. The two gentlemen that installed the units were very professional and efficient. They gave an estimate of the time it would take for the installation and beat the estimate. All in all, I am very pleased with the entire experience and will recommend Absolute Refrigeration A/C should the opportunity arise. Thanks

We used Absolute from our home warranty and it was a great experience. It started with Nate doing a diagnosis which was very informative. He showed us and recommended a new and bigger system. We then had Evan and Greg come do the install. They were very informative and were very professional. They were always on time and kept us updated on all. Would highly recommend.

Just wanted to share how impressed my husband and I are with Absolute Refrigeration A/C and Heating and their Technicians, NATHAN and MANNY. We had been struggling with another A/C company for over three weeks to get our A/C fixed. With 3 visits and waiting on parts, only to continue to have exactly the same problem, we finally contacted Absolute Refrigeration. They set up a tech visit for the next day, called 30 minutes before showing up and had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes (no joke - 10 minutes). The first company NEVER even looked at the outside unit, but just replaced two parts (one of which didn't even need replacing). Turns out it was a 15 minute fix. Nathan picked up the needed part this morning. Again, they called 30 minutes before showing up and had the A/C running within 15 minutes. Nathan and Manny are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly yet professional and respectful of our time. We HIGHLY recommend them and their company if you need HVAC repairs.
