Been doing business at johnstone for too many years to count. Kieth is always super helpful and goes above and beyond to get us what we need.

Been a costermer of Johnstone for about 35 year's they always do their best to accommodate me I know sometimes parts are a little long of a wait especially after covid but they do their best before covid parts always came on the next truck 3 trucks per week all of my warranty claims have been handled with great care must follow guidelines of manufacture Johnstone doesn't set these guidelines of course I don't try to get refunds I want parts to fix air conditioning systems as far a people trying to buy wholesale when they are retail merchants self explanatory if you want to buy wholesale get a license like everyone else I will miss everyone there after I retire next year they have helped me with my company more than they will ever know thanks again

Great if your after heating, ac, or exhaust fan parts. Have to be licensed HVAC to buy certain stuff here. They always find motors that no one else can find. Service is excellent.

BAD SERVICE!
I bought 3 split units about 2 months ago, All worked but 1, and returned it, and they won't warranty it. Keith the counter man said "I HAD TO EAT IT"!!!!
They will not refund the money for it, now. They sold me a bad unit and expect me to pay for it. I already paid for it and they refuse to refund my money on the bad unit.

Compressor went out last week in a Goodman AC unit after a year, and it has a 10 year warranty on it. Temperatures have hit 111 degrees Fahrenheit, and we have a kid with extreme asthma that’s only getting worse because of this situation. They have the part in store, but have to order it since it’s a warranty part, and it’s back ordered apparently. With no ac for the past week and no estimated time of when the part will even be shipped, am I wrong to feel so disregarded? Never have I been so dissatisfied by customer service before, and they are so primitive that they have not even developed the superego to discern from right and wrong, and show some level of concern.

I bought a compressor there , I gave them the infos from my A/C unit and they advised me a compressor that wasn't compatible with my unit , my technician installed it it works for few minutes then stop working , I went there to get a replacement since it’s under warranty they telling me that I put the compressor on the wrong unit that they warranty won’t cover it yet they are the one that reassured me this is the compressor for my unit , the guy was very rude to me , no hearts, no ethics at all , he had no respect maybe because I’m someone of color , I have appointment with the BBB ,if this not helping I will get a lawyer , Im ready spend thousand of dollars just so they will stop profiling people, I never seen in my life where you did a customer wrong and not trying to make it right , I left the compressor that wasn’t working there and I’m sure they will recondition it and sell it again as ‘new’ .

Toby was fantastic. Our AC went out and of all the places in town he was not only the fastest to get a new unit but much better financing and prices. Very knowledgeable crew and they continued to check up on us after install. The sugarista cookies they delivered to us didn’t hurt either!

Called service guys out for lower water pressure in my condo. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable and extremely informative. I would definitely recommend them.

Comfort Masters is simply the best. Letting strangers into your home is now something we all have to think about. This company is top notch in every way. Service, safety, knowledge. Just amazing. After my initial call, Tyler arrived within the hour, on a Monday no less! In the summer. So professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I had so many questions. He had answers. He repaired my AC perfectly. And even had great info on a separate plumbing issue. Since it was my first appointment Tyler climbed in the attic just to make sure all was fine. Landlord uses this company they are top tier when it comes to getting the job done quickly. They came to fix our pipes today and Isaiah and Jaun did a great job and had great conversations and laughs with them while they worked
