I've always had excellent experiences with Hart, and have used them throughout the last decade. They've been responsive, considerate, punctual, and reasonable. Mike was great. Efficient, thoughtful, and professional.

Had my ac unit serviced this summer and the young man right away was honest and said he wasn’t familiar with our unit which I really appreciate his honesty. He sent another technician and it happened to be the owner who was amazing. He gave us an honest opinion about replacing our unit which is really old but was able to fix it until we have the funds to replace next year. Would highly recommend this company.

There are plenty of HVAC companies that will charge so much it should be criminal. There are some that will charge less and you will notice a difference in quality. Hart will charge a fair price but make sure to do the job right. Keith knows his stuff.

After getting several quotes and doing a lot of research, I believe Hart Heating and Air gave me the best value for my dollar on replacing my AC unit and coil. They took the time to do the job right so that I would get the most out of my system for both comfort and efficiency. They offered me many different options without trying to up-sale me.

Hart Heating & A/C went above and beyond with our visit. Technician came out. Inspected our unit and told us our options. Nothing was decided on - I wanted to discuss the options with my husband. Right before the day was over, my husband receives a call that the owner had reviewed our service and noticed that the technician had not recharged our machine and that he was on his way to our house to recharge it as he did not want our family to be without an A/C. This was such a kind act and it was not something we were expecting. This showed our family that Hart truly cares about their customers! I initially chose this company based on the amazing reviews and today I’m able to share our wonderful experience.

Josh and his partner were both great! I always appreciate the call ahead of time & them showing up exactly when they say they will. Both were super polite and knowledgeable about my new HVAC system. They were doing a complementary service which I greatly appreciate. They were careful not to make a mess, and left everything in great shape. Highly recommend Hart for everything having to do with heating and air.

Charged $79 dollars just to show up and $150 on the weekends...WHAT A RIPOFF ...Don't do it. I spent $800 with them and they didn't deduct the show up charge. NEVER AGAIN..Don't use em. UPDATE...Keith Hart is delusional and this is the way his technician installed the filter..I found this out because we hired a professional HVAC company to repair Hart's attempt at servicing our unit..Bottom line is...DON'T USE THEM..THE $150 AND A $75 SHOW UP FEE IS A RIPOFF..THIS COMPANY LIES AND IS A RIPOFF.. Update.. the $800 repair lasted 4 weeks, this was on a house we sold, we took care of the customer we sold the home to. Just don't use Hart, they are dishonest and threaten people.1/22/2021. Nope they never tried to work out issues. Not a rental, the owner lied about treatment and threat. Read the reviews.

Josh with Hart was amazing! He found the issue quick and the price was definitely reasonable. I didn't feel taken advantage of or anything. Love love love this company. Thank you Josh and Hart!

It’s so hard to find an honest A/C company, but I HIGHLY recommend Hart! The office manager, Lyssa, was very professional and polite. She was able to get someone out the same day to take a look at my unit. Brett and James came out and they were able to get me back on track, however they also discovered what would have been a very expensive issue had they not found it in time. They informed us on it, but they didn’t try to force us to make the repairs the same day since that’s not what they were originally called out for. We decided to have them come out and fix it, and now our A/C is working better than ever! I’m incredibly grateful for their honesty and expertise. The whole team is excellent! 10/10!

Their pricing was the best around and the quality was really good. Got me scheduled fast and got it installed fast and left the work place clean. Definitely recommend them.

The pricing was a little higher than the range provided by the Internet for a similar service, but I felt like the time, effort, and service I got was well worth it. My wife and I were so relieved to have a warm house after four days of cold. What you guys do makes a big difference in people’s lives. Maybe this is why folks get emotional when things don’t go smoothly, but everything went according to expectations and once again, I’ve had a good experience with Hart. Brett & Jeff came out same day and were able to get out A/C back up and running! Super friendly, explained the problem and gave us plenty of options. Excellent Customer Service and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend if you need A/C repairs!

Hart A/C helped me out with my odd request needing an outside AC unit moved over for just an hour. Only company I called that wanted to help me out. Josh was very prompt and communicated very well through the process! Made our job go super smooth! Thanks again guys!

No problem with the service. Mike and Jose did a good job. The problem was the cost. It was double what it should have been. But that is on me. I should have checked around. Still left a bad feeling though.

Have since talked to Keith Hart. He very much wanted me to be a satisfied customer and did what I felt needed to be done to accomplish that. Could not expect more and would recommend Hart Heating & A/C to anyone. Thanks Keith.

James was awesome and handled all my problems. Josh was also great when he came to lend a hand. Both were very professional and knew what they were doing. System is working great. Bret and James even came out a second time to diagnose my issues. They phenomenal in their understanding of how the systems work and what to do to fix them. Very quick and easy! They were in and out, they provided great service even when the weather was bad.

Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. They lay out all recommendations before completing work and allow you to choose the solution that best fits your budget.
