Excellent service. First time customer, got in at the last minute with an appointment (although that is not always guaranteed). The technician Jeff did an outstanding job. Quick, efficient, and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.

Plumbers were friendly and polite. They arrived late in the day because of my doctor’s appointment and diagnosed the problem and also discovered that it was leaking and needed to be replaced. Due to the time I thought that it would be another night with no hot water. He started to drain the heater and called in to have one delivered while he started the disconnecting process. In less than two hours I had a new water heater installed. Great job guys!!! Price was great for this day and age and a six year warranty on the heater, parts and labor.

We have used Sinclair for years. They are above and beyond the best in Lubbock! They are always able to come out quickly. They even send a photo of who they are sending to do the repair. The repairman is always knowledgeable and friendly. They work quickly and their prices are fair. Everything they have fixed for us has never needed to be redone. We will continue to use Sinclair!

Sinclair A/C & Plumbing rescued me from a Heat Pump that quit heating during winter 🥶❄️ storm Jan ‘26.
They /Jeff was prompt, professional, polite, and persisted (w/ Drew) till problem found n fixed. (Even new parts are sometimes defective 🙄) I am soo glad they were thorough & able to Fix.
House is now warm, I’m thawed out & very happy n grateful. Would definitely recommend & use them again.

Great technician came right away and solved my plumbing problems. Very helpful and had everything on his truck to finish the job. No need to reschedule another appointment. Very neat and took extra care to clean up. Loved being able to pay for the work immediately. So easy! Would recommend this company, they know what they are doing!

Nick and JC came out and installed a whole new system, condenser and air handler with new line set and thermostat!
