Sinclair is the best. If you need a new heating or cooling unit they will fix you up . Their service and repair is very reliable, any little thing that needs tweaking they listen and resolve the issue. Would highly recommend!!!

I recently had a 5-ton air conditioner installed at my home by this fantastic local company, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. From the outset, Jonathan was a true professional. He thoroughly explained the entire process from start to finish, detailing what I could expect at every step. His clear explanations eased any concerns I had, making me feel completely at ease with the project. He was also incredibly flexible, accommodating my busy schedule seamlessly. His follow-up on any concerns I had was prompt and reassuring.

I also want to give an honorable mention to Brandon, who performed a thorough post-installation check on the equipment. He took the time to explain all the new features of the unit and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left.

The Sinclair Tech's are very pleasant and professional gentlemen. Sinclair’s group are usually very close to the time of the appointment time. They get in do their job and answer questions for the customer with out pushing for extra sale items or for extra jobs to be done. I have had several here for maintenance work and all have been great.

...our a/c went out and a tech showed up the same day which was awesome, after a bit the tech told us that our compressor was bad and it needed to be replaced, a while later he informed us that they had one in stock, i called the office before they closed and was informed that the tech would be back monday afternoon and install the compressor, monday morning... i called the office to get some information for our home warranty company and was told that they don't have a compressor AND they don't know when they would get one, then i asked if the tech could come to our house and take some pictures for the home warranty company and the the response was "we don't work with home warranty companies", i told her i was working with them, all i was asking for was 5 minutes of the tech's time to take the pictures and then i was informed that he couldn't come out until late afternoon or the next day....again i asked for just 5 minutes of the tech's time and i got, "we don't work with home warranty companies, and when he comes out there will be a service charge", i was switched over to i guess the office manager and got the same response, i cancelled with them and found a company who came out quickly, told us the problem and guess what...they have the compressor and are installing it the next morning AND they helped me with all the information for my home warranty company....wouldn't use these folks if they were the only company in lubbock...

My air duct is fixed after two years. I had been getting quotes around town. Then, life happened. By the time I started back looking for someone to do the job I found Sinclair. I was able to get an estimate. Think on it then I called them out to do the job. Sinclair's staff was friendly, they are affordable and they care. They've made a customer of me for life. 😃

They are always very responsive and detailed and we really appreciate that they send you the information about the technician is coming to our house.

Sinclair was very helpful in setting up an appointment to fit my schedule. The technician was expert in his diagnosis and his work. I will gladly call them again for work I might need done!

I have used Sinclair for a long time (about 20 years) for maintaining the air conditioning system and the plumbing (plumbing for the last few years) at a rental property in Lubbock County. I have always found them to be honest, capable, and communicative. As an absentee owner I appreciate a vendor I know I can rely on.

The call taker I spoke with was very kind and responsive to what I had going on with my unit. Technician that showed up was kind and took care of business immediately.

A/C went out yesterday. I called Sinclair this morning and they had Jeff come out around 2:00 pm. He diagnosed the issue within a couple of minutes. He had the part in his truck and he was finished in less than an hour! Jeff was fantastic! Yes, the service fee was high but I couldn’t wait for my home warranty company to get someone to come out. My wife and I are both 65, plus I have a grandson with a heart condition so health wise the money was worth it.

I recently came home on a Saturday afternoon to my AC unit not cooling. After checking a few things, I call another AC company. Once they had checked the system, they told me my compressor was shot. They recommended I replace the entire unit at a cost of $10 - $12k. Having time to think about things I decided to get a second opinion and called Sinclair. They were very professional, sending a pic of the tech which would be doing the service work and communicating the process. The tech arrived on time, was very professional and even wore shoe covers while inside. Once he had assessed the unit he too told me the compressor was shot. He then provided three options ranging from just over $2k to just over 4k. He took the time to explain each option and their benefits as well as the warranty included with each. Choosing to go with the $4k option, the tech then told me they would have to find a unit and have it shipped. He explained this could take some time, but they would do their best to get it here asap. He also explained they would waive their service fee due to the purchase. By the end of the day I received a call from the office personnel letting me know they had located a unit and would have it in their warehouse by 8:30 the next morning and could schedule their team to be at my home by 9am. The installers where on time and got to work quickly, even though it was raining. Both men were polite and explained everything and by noon I had AC running in the house again. Sinclair did exactly what they said, their people are beyond professional and their communication is amazing. I will only use Sinclair for my service needs in the future. Thank you!

Johnathan L. came to solve a big problem with the ductwork at my home. He worked very hard to find a solution to the problem, completely reworking the design so the heat could reach all areas of the house. He worked on my time schedule to beat the brutally cold weather approaching. His guys did a great job also. I appreciate the knowledge and training that Sinclair provides to their staff. I also appreciate how professional, courteous and helpful everyone is at Sinclair. I am always pleased with the service I receive. I also love the Maintenance program available. Adolfo and another employee moved a fireplace valve for me so I could install a new surround/mantle. Employees were very professional and did great work. Adolfo even had the good idea to go through a cabinet to hide the access needed vs having to rip up the wall - saving me having to patch visible wall any more than necessary. They worked very fast and communicated well on what they were going to do, were doing in the moment, and things like taking a lunch break and when he’d return. Sinclair previously installed a wall mounted toilet for me and both experiences demonstrated their professionalism. Highly recommend

We kept Sinclair busy today. They had 2 technicians out today. We had a leak that came through our living room ceiling due to condensation from our AC unit. It took a lot of work, but Cole finally got the drain line blown out. He was in the HOT attic for a long time. We appreciated him very much. The cost wasn't too bad. We had the water heater installed a year and 10 days ago and should have called beforehand but didn't. We have not been able to take a shower without the water getting cooler when the toilet flushed, the kitchen faucet was in use, etc. Adolfo said replacing a cartridge in the shower handle COULD be the problem. COULD being a BIG WORD. My husband said it may have needed to be replaced. We will see if that sloved our problem. I'm sure I'll do another review with the results. Adolfo worked long and hard installing the cartridge in the shower handle. Both technicians were greatly appreciated.
