"I cannot recommend Leaky’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning enough! We had our hot water heater go out right on Christmas, and I was worried we’d be without hot water for the entire holiday.
A huge thank you to Mitchell Ramirez, Pete Garcia, and Silas Jones, along with a fourth technician whose name I didn't catch—all four of them were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly dedicated to making sure my family had hot water for Christmas.

I’m so thankful for Mitchell and Pete. After my bathtub cartridge, broken June, an initial repair attempt by another plumber, resulted and damage to the valve. Mitchell and Pete were able to quickly diagnose the issue and complete the repair within two hours. I’m very happy with their work and professionalism!

I got on the phone with Brielle, and she was awesome! She explained everything so clearly and made the whole process super easy from start to finish. She even got a technician sent out to my house right away, and everything was handled perfectly. I’ve never had such a smooth, stress-free experience with a company before.

Brielle Mendoza was VERY helpful. She greeted me with kindness and truly showed me that she cared. I was already having a rough day when my toilet broke but Brielle managed to somehow put a smile on my face and reassure me that they can fix it. Mitchell and Jack were great! They helped repair our water heater, and when another issue arose, they found the part quickly and fixed immediately. 10/10 would recommend!

Mitchell was a great help in my time of need. My home was flooding due to a clogged main line, and he arrived quickly, worked efficiently, and had everything estimated out to fix a break in my line. I’m very grateful for his fast and professional service.

Joseph and Connor were quick getting our outdoor faucet repaired without making me feel like an idiot for the damage I had done to it. Joseph also helped me learn how to prepare better for the next frost. I’m from an area where the residential shutoff valve to my home was separate from the city’s. So the Lubbock setup was new to me.

Arrived on time. Discussed replacement requests and was able to fulfill all requests. Mario and Jack were great to work with. They explained what they did and answered all my questions.

Needed a new washing machine box due to the valves being old. Scheduling was easy quick phone call; showed up within the slotted timeframe; Work was complete completed in about an hour. Cleanup was 100%. My technician was Mario. I appreciate his service. Thank you.

Thank YOU Justin R. and your amazing team! We are loving our comfort with the NEW two stage TRANE HVAC/ heating system! Your team arrived early morning and on time! Very professional with respecting my property both inside and out! The new upstairs unit runs very well with my existing 5ton TRANE sys. downstairs we purchase years ago. Thank you for educating me on the refrigerants, HVAC operating systems, and how these systems work vs. a single stage system. YOU GUYS ROCK!

Please convey to the gentleman that initially came out to my home per my request. He didn't try to sell me on systems, instead, he spoke facts about my existing 20yr+ system, and how inefficient it is, not keeping up the temperature, at the same he also educated me on the old R22 refrigerant that consumers still use today. NOTHING BUT FACTS! I made the decision to go with Leaky's for several reasons.

Leaky’s has done a great job on all of our service calls. Prompt, professional, clean, and polite! Mitchell, Eddie, and Joseph have all done a great job for us

The ladies in the office didn’t know if they could get someone to me the same day. Sure enough they called me back later and said they could fit me in. Mario Hinojosa showed up. Explained he had to cut the drywall to access the valve. Lucky for me it was located close to the baseboard. He did the work and left it like you couldn’t tell he was ever in the wall doing a repair. Totally professional and seemed like a genuine nice guy. Second time using Leakys and I don’t think I’ll use anyone else in the area. So far with both repairs they’ve knocked it out of the park and took care of us.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. We were very impressed with how prompt they were and the communication was awesome. Mitchell is very professional and thorough. I also want to give a shout out to Stephanie. She called to confirm appointment and to let me know the tech was on his way. I highly recommend Leaky’s.

Mario did an amazing job of finding a leak and taking care of it quickly! He was very helpful explaining what happened, and what he did to fix it. We have used Leaky's several times for plumbing and HVAC. They always shoot you straight and have excellent customer service and pricing!

Mitchell came to help unclog 2 of our sinks. He was very polite and professional. Of course my house is old and was built a little crazy. Mitchell did not let that deter him. He stayed until he was able to clear both sinks and had everything working well. He cleaned up all the area and was great to work with.

Mitchell, my technician was great! He knew his what he was doing. I am definitely requesting him next time. My dog Snoopy loved him to death. Great customer service.

John was extremely professional and courteous. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Once he arrived, he clearly explained his plan of action and got to work right away. He was very respectful throughout the entire process and even knocked on the door to let me know when he was finished.

He left the area clean, took the time to explain everything he had done, and double-checked that everything was working properly before leaving. I will 100% be using Leaky’s again!

Leaky’s Plumbing has done a lot of work for me on my three bathroom remodels. Joseph* did a superb job installing a faucet for me. He was very meticulous and made sure that everything was correct. This company is very responsible and always does the job correctly.

Sinclair has always been very responsive whenever we have any AC/HV problems. Brandon Taylor and Maverick are both excellent technicians. I would highly recommend Sinclair.

These guys always do a great job. I’ve got their comfort plan which is really economical and gives them a chance to look over your system preventively in the spring and fall before the major temperature extremes and prevents costly repairs. They’re friendly, on time, and very knowledgeable about their trade. I’d highly recommend Sinclair for any heating and plumbing needs!
