Antonio with Arctic Air was punctual, polite and went above and beyond. I wish all service could be this good. He offered to walk around to avoid stepping on carpet, swept up even though there was a minimal mess and was courteous and thoughtful. We were very happy from beginning to end of our service. The Compressor had to be replaced and we were told the replacement had to be ordered. It took a little time to get the replacement and the ladies in the office were so sympathetic and apologetic even though it was not their fault. As soon as it arrived the service men were at the house, polite, professional and got the job completed quickly. Highly recommend , you will not be sorry if you choose them.

We had a great experience with Arctic yesterday. Our heat went out, and it was 40 degrees outside. They got to us quickly, and everyone we dealt with was kind, accommodating, and professional. From the first contact (super sweet receptionist) to the last, they made us feel like family. The service techs even complimented the smell of my dinner cooking in the crock pot. I highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning & Heating!

I had to use this company because my home reppair insurance sent them. The owner called me and informed me both units were old and needed replacing. He said the insurance woiuld only pay for repairs and that would be a waste of time. He would give me a great price on a new air conditioner and heating system. I ask what brand ans he said Amana. After installing they gave me a bill to pay and I paid and ask where were my booklets and he stated they were in the attic with the furnance. Then I was told they forgot them and would mail them. In the meantime, I got the number off the Amana air conditioner and discovered it was 3 years old. Checking on the heating system in the attic, I found it wasn't an Amana! It was a smaller, cheaper apartment brand! They not only cheated us, they charged the insurance company to repair my old system!! Pleas stay away from using them! And the owner hides. You can never see him. He hides behind the office manager.

Arctic Air is a company you can trust. I have relied on them for many years and they have always provided quality work without trying to run the bill up. I will continue to use Arctic Air and highly recommend you use them also.

My AC went out at 10:00 P.M., I put a service request in with my home warranty service and Arctic called me at 8:30 the next morning saying they had a tech in the area and that he would be by in the next couple of hours. I got a follow up call to let me know the tech was headed my way, Shane identified the problem in minutes and had the repair done in about 30 minutes. This kind of service is not common anymore, I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or repairs!

We had been dealing with a frustrating issue with our air conditioner for several weeks — it was blowing warm air, no matter how much we adjusted the settings. I decided to call Arctic Air, as my friends recommended them to me. Its my first time living in the Lubbock area, so I wasn’t sure of what company to go with. However, I’m very glad that I called the bear at Arctic Air! From the very first phone call, I knew I was in good hands.

Melonie, who handled my call in the office, was outstanding. She was professional, friendly, and very clear in relaying all the necessary information about scheduling and service costs. She kept me updated throughout the process, which made everything feel seamless and worry-free.

When the technicians, Chris and Weston, arrived at our home, I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. They quickly diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be a refrigerant leak in the system, and explained the situation in a way that was easy to understand. They even showed me the area where the leak was located and gave me an honest assessment of what repairs were needed and the associated costs.

What stood out the most was how thorough and respectful both Chris and Weston were throughout the repair process. They worked efficiently, but without cutting any corners. They took the time to ensure everything was properly sealed and tested before leaving. It was evident they both take great pride in their work.

Shane quickly figured saw why our AC was out, fixed it, double checked the unit and all is good to go. They have been super busy with the 100+ temps, but everyone I spoke with was awesome!

8/12/25: We'd recently noticed it was taking over an hour for the few rooms to cool by one degree. Chris and Tim cleaned the A/C coils, checked the evaporator/condenser (?) and filter system, sealed cold air leaks, and checked the attic ducting for leaks as well. Arctic Air is great to work with and we've always been pleased with their customer service and the technicians. Highly recommend!

Arctic Air did a phenomenal job of installing a new air conditioner in the home we just bought. The old one was original to the house, so sixteen years old and the condenser just quit. Arctic Air came out and diagnosed the problems and they were ready to order the replacement parts to resurrect the old AC, but it would've taken a couple of weeks to get the obsolete parts. On Friday afternoon, my husband chose to replace the system with a whole new one and they installed it on Monday morning! Outstanding company!

Arctic Air set me up with an appointment pretty quick to get my central heat looked. They were able to get me an appointment the day I called, and the technician came by and fixed the issue same day. It’s been cold lately, so I was very grateful for their awesome customer service! I have used this company several times, and so far I have not been disappointed.

Been using Arctic for my commercial and residential HVAC for years. Always dependable, great service and easy to communicate with. The technicians are always respectful and knowledgeable. I had my AC tuned up yesterday. Shane was the gentleman that came out. The did a great job. Cleaned my unit and had great communication with me on the future of my unit. I have an old unit that uses coolant that is hard to get. I appreciate his honesty.
