Caleb was awesome! Was super quick and efficient and explained a lot about the system to me! Service was same day and he fixed it in 30 minutes and even showed up hours early! Was cheaper than most companies and he checked out the rest of my system while he was at it. Highly highly recommend.

Awesome service by Eric Dickson today!! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to inform me during the whole process what was going on, and answered all maintenance questions for the future. Great guy and a great overall experience and service!! Highly recommend, glad I called On the Double!!

I called On The Double when we noticed black mold on one of our ceiling air vents. That same day Cody was out to take a look around and give us a quote. He took lots of pictures to show my husband and I so that we didn't have to climb up into attic and was very thorough going thru all options. 2 days later, he and his team showed back up to complete all of the work including decon and installation of a new UV filtration system. We were incredibly pleased with the work that they did and they did it all very quickly. All the gentleman on site were courteous and respectful. Highly recommend this company for all AC and Heating needs!!

I called on a Thursday afternoon to schedule an appointment to have some ac duct repair done. I scheduled an appointment for late the same day as I called. I received a call and text message telling me they would be there in 15 minutes. Cody showed up in about 15 minutes looked the job over and gave me an estimate to repair the ac ducts that need some repair. I felt like the estimate was very reasonable.

I figured it would be the following week before they could schedule and do the repair. I received a text message about 15 minutes after Cody left letting me know they could be there on Friday morning, which I was thrilled about.

Cody and his assistant showed up and did a GREAT job, cleaned up after they were done.

I would HIGHLY recommend On the Double.

I am very happy with the service I received from the technicians that came to my house. They were on time and got the job done to my satisfaction. It took all day to finish the install due to the fact it was very hot in the attic. I am definitely glad I chose this company. Caleb and another guy I can’t remember his name I think it was Ben did a great job and cleaned up behind themselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

The two gentlemen were courteous. They were efficient at cutting holes in ceiling and running duct work to two bathrooms. They clean up as they worked. They checked to see if vents were working properly before they left. I would recommend.

Cody was here when he said he would be and did what was needed. It would be wonderful to us if Cody did our service call every time we need something. He is outstanding
