I am beyond impressed with the On The Double Heating and Cooling team! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and truly top-tier.

The team, led by Eric, and including technicians Ben, Nate, Johny, and Kaleb, completely upgraded my entire ventilation system. They removed the old air return system from underneath the house and installed custom attic ductwork and returns throughout the entire house—an incredible transformation.

What really stood out was the team’s ability to work in small, cramped spaces and uncomfortable environments without hesitation or complaint. The job, which should have taken 2-3 days, was completed in just one day thanks to their highly coordinated teamwork and relentless effort. Their dedication to reducing downtime without compromising quality was impressive.

If there were an HVAC Olympics, this team would be bringing home the Gold! I can’t recommend On The Double Heating and Cooling highly enough. Where do I even start! We switched from regular AC/Furnace to a high end heatpump. From visitation for quotes until the project end, On The Double (OTD) has been professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable and just overall fantastic! If I could give 10 (not 5) stars, I would. They also left the area clean and organized. And gosh, I love the new system! If you plan on getting your system fixed or wanting a new system installed, I highly, highly recommend this locally owned company. Thank you OTD!

So happy with my experience with Arctic. Drew the technician was here within an hour of when I called.it was after hours also. I had cold air in about twenty minutes. Drew couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. Thank you so much!

The two technicians, Anthony and Scott, were very polite and Anthony answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing to make sure my unit was in tip-top shape. A job well done!

I love this business. They installed my AC and Heating units years ago. They keep it all running with a check up.
My only negative is not being able to SCHEDULE appointments for the heating and cooling check till October. As I get older I tend to forget, so I use my calendar. My docs schedule me 6 months to 1 year out.

Arctic Air showed up the day after we called. They were able to get my AC unit running in a short time. Very professional. Although my home warranty doesn’t give me a choice who to use, I was very pleased to see that Arctic Air was assigned as they advertise on a good friend’s local podcast. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

The last two techs have been great! When I have questions, the techs will answer and show me what to look for when explaining things. A part had to be ordered, and they could install it the same day the part came in. Sylvia, the person I have talked with at the office, has always been kind and professional. I even had to call and ask her to let the tech know my husband was on the way. The tech arrived earlier than expected, and they were understanding of this. I highly recommend this place.

I have been meaning to get on here since last summer and talk about how wonderful Artic Air was to our family. From the initial call all the way to the end product the experience was great. Working with their experts made it a lot less painful to write a big’ol check to have our AC fixed. It’s been over a year and we haven’t had to call them back, but if we needed they would be our very first choice. Caring, professional, kind and clean. 100% recommend Arctic Air

Was told the technician would be here in 20 minutes, however it was over an hour before he arrived.
Other than that, our technician was knowledgeable, informative, courteous, and resolved our issue in a very reasonable amount of time. Would gladly use this vendor again. Thank you.

My home warranty sent Arctic out to fix my A/C. They were here less than 20 minutes and left without diagnosing the issue. Then, they closed the ticket with my warranty stating my well functioning 10 yr old a/c did not have adequate return air. When I spoke to the office they finally agreed to send someone back out to actually find a resolution. They found a bad coil this time and assured me the warranty would certainly cover, and they would call me in the morning with more info. That was 4 days ago. The warranty site shows the claim was denied based on the explanation from the technician updated the morning after the tech left. Arctic hasn’t called or made any contact as promised to give me a quote or report the warranty conclusion and they chose to report a cause that they can’t prove caused the issue but they know it would deny my claim. Everyone was friendly and professional when I did interact with them.

My A/C quit working around 8pm on Friday night. Temps had hit 100 degrees at one point during the day, so it was a very warm evening. I put in the service request to my home warranty company and tried to not be too anxious over not being able to do my own research and select my own company. Turns out, I didn't need to worry, they selected a great contractor. I received a call at 830 Saturday morning and the technician was here by 1030. He knew exactly what to check and got it fixed in less than 10 minutes. So grateful for their speedy and professional service! I was prepared to have to wait till Monday, but they got me taken care of very quickly. He answered all of my questions with professionalism and patience. Made sure I understood what he fixed. Very happy with their service and would love to work with them again.

Unfortunately, during the hottest week of the Summer, our AC went out. After just purchasing my home, I knew it was poorly maintained, but had tried to correct this and done all I knew to do.
It was probably one of their busiest times and yet they were able to come out within 24 hours! Chris was the tech that came out and had our AC up and going in 30 min with some added helpful tips!
Chris was so very careful to care for our home too! He had used our hose and put it back better than I had it which certainly I didn’t expect him too!

This company has done work for us for years and are very thorough and very good. They also explain what they have done and give tips as to how to make your appliance last longer. I love their work.

Best A/C company I have ever worked with!!!

Been using Artic Air for years & both office staff and techs have always been courteous & professional. Recently decided it was time to have my 40yr old ducts looked at. They didn't just tell me what they saw; they showed me pics & video. They told me what I might consider & what wouldn't help. The next day, I heard from the project mgr who offered more options. I went with adding insulation and have been throughly pleased.
Plus, they have not guaranteed results that may not be feasible. I feel like they've always been upfront with whatever issue we're looking at. Highly recommend!

Definitely the best service!! The young lady that answers the phone (I am SOOOOO SORRY I can't remember your name... I'm so bad with names) was always so professional anytime we called to bother her. Our heater went out right when all the cold air hit the first time, parts had to be ordered and there was a delay on delivering because of the weather. She kept apologizing, even when we told her it was ok and wasn't her fault! But sure enough as soon as the parts came in we were put on the schedule! For sure would recommend them to anyone! Thank y'all so much for taking care of us!!

Called to repair my central heating unit. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He had to order a part, which he then installed when it came in. I've used Arctic Air for several years and am always pleased with their service.

Great communication and service! Placed a service request through American Homeshield when our air conditioning stopped working and was assigned Arctic Air Conditioning. They quickly responded to let us know when a tech would be available and then completed the service promptly and professionally.

They were awesome! Came and took care of us early Saturday morning. Very respectful and precise. Fixed our AC and had us back to feeling comfortable in lass that half an hour. Would definitely recommend their business to any family or friend.

Quick courteous scheduling to come out and get the furnace ready for winter. They were able to get there at 3:20 for a scheduled 3 pm appointment. That's GREAT to me. They did a thorough exam, cleaning and furnace tuneup in a timely fashion. I'm confident as long as I have power, I will have heat. 5 stars.
