This last Saturday (of memorial day weekend) we had our A/C stop blowing cold air just thirty minutes before the start of our baby shower. I called Artic Air with the hopes of getting someone out ASAP. Every other company was closed, price gouging and/or couldn't come out till after the long weekend. I did have some issues with scheduling over the phone but I don't blame them one bit because it was the weekend and I ended up talking to two different people. Not to mention, the service guy was caught up on a tough call and I was told they weren't sure if he would be able to make it out that day. I finally thought I was just gonna have to wait till the end of the holiday weekend, so I just went ahead and filed a home warranty claim. Once I did that, I got an update that they were dispatching Artic Air and I didn't expect to hear back from them till Tuesday, but 30 minutes later I got a call from Shane and he asked what was going on. I told him what was going on and that my wife was almost 9 months pregnant and I would really appreciate if they could come out that day, but I understood if they couldn't because of how home warranty companies work. Shane responded, "I'll be there in just a minute." Just a few minutes later, he pulled up, and had my A/C going in less that 10 minutes. The service paperwork he had me sign had my home warranty dispatch number on it and that's how they filed it so I wasn't out an arm and a leg. Shane was absolutely awesome and I will most definitely be using Artic Air going forward. These people were so kind, honest and understanding and if you need help, give them a call.

My AC quit working, initial ETA was next day as their schedule was full, but they were able to work me in within a couple hours of the initial call. They were only on site for about 15 minutes, as they quickly diagnose the problem, had the part on hand, and got my AC working again.

Less than 24 hours after I contacted Arctic Air regarding my AC unit dying, the technician was in my house fixing the problem. He was very professional yet very nice and personable. The problem was fixed, the parts were replaced all within less than 30 minutes. I'm very please with my contact and service from Arctic Air!

Arctic Air serviced our air conditioner as part of our home warranty plan. They responded in a very timely manner and when their initial visit did not completely resolve the problem, they quickly returned and were able to correct it. The technicians were all very polite and professional.

Arctic Air Conditioning was absolutely fantastic! I called in the morning and they were able to come out same day due to a cancellation. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended replacing my 29-year-old unit (which was long overdue). They had the new unit in stock and came back that same day to install it. I had cold air again by that evening!

The work was done professionally, on time, and with zero issues. Fast, honest, and reliable — highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning to anyone needing AC service done right!

A+++ We cannot say enough about this company. Our experience was wonderful with Melanie at the office, and with all the service technicians. They were responsive, listened to our needs, provided reasonable (affordable) options, and quality service. We had to replace our entire HVAC system and they did a superb job. I appreciated their honesty and I felt I could trust their opinions. They provided the kind of service we hear about from days past - where you feel taken care of. We feel like we are in a great place now with our system, and look forward to working with this company for any future needs.

Arctic has been and is my go to HVAC/AC service company They are fair, efficient and trustworthy. The $99 deal is definitely a deal and the part i needed was a reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending!

Worst warranty in west Texas !!!Do not buy from this company!!! They will not help you.They will not cover their warranty and Melanie, Who refuses to give me her last name, continue to argue with me about my equipment! Been waiting months to have someone come look at it and they keep saying ,we are backed up!!! Please go somewhere else. I will be reporting my incident to the Better Business Bureau. So if you don't want to go through the same thing, don't do anything with them. OVER 12,000 for a unit they wont come and fix .. its a simple fix and yet they wont give you the time of day. Did I get mad on the phone and cuss? Yes ! You can see why with what I have to put up with .

Update ! Look at response down below . I told them I dont know if its hail damage or when they installed it . No one and I mean no one offered to wave the 75 dollar hail damage fee.. Melanie told me we will send someone out Friday and hung up . I called back and said would you like to tell me what time ? Finally got a answer . Already filed a complaint with the BBB so now they want to work with me !! Even my wife agrees we should of used you ! Still wont reccomend you !

I had a fantastic experience with Artic Air Conditioning! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Extremely helpful and informative! I’ve had great experiences with their technicians so far, and their office staff has been beyond amazing in helping me make sense of our home warranty policy and how the coverages work. Silas is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly and sends pictures of the work he does, he always answers his phone or calls back quickly, we have used him mainly on waste water pumps

We thought we had a CO leak in our house, they were quick to come over and check it all out. They were very through and we appreciated that since we have a toddler.

Bar none, without one iota of doubt, the best customer service I've ever received (and I've run customer service call centers with a few thousand employees). I know what good service looks like; the smile on his face and pride in his work is immediately evident. What ever you do, keep this man on your payroll. He is the real deal.

Not very impressed because I called them when my moving company pointed out a possible leak in my new home. The technician came by and determined there actually was no leak and all was fine. The technician then told me they would not be charging me because he didn't have to do any labor and the visit was so quick. Three whole months later, I get an invoice for service and a $100+ bill. I called and they told me I had signed (I had not, the invoice had Xs on the customer signature line) and that I needed to pay. I recognize that there are initial charges that are applied for simply calling someone out, but they would not stand by their technician's word to waive the service fee for a 5 min visit where he actually did noting but tell me there was no leak. And they tried to tell me I signed something when it was clear on the invoice to both me and the woman I spoke to that I never did.

Our AC unit outside was making a loud noise and the fan was not on. I called Leaky’s and they were here within an hour. Our technician Eddie, was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed all the issues and got the AC running like new! Great service! I definitely recommend!

Eddie is the man, he amazing and very hight knowledge of information. Get it done in no time and execute the assignment. Thank you !
