We’ve used Josh for several different issues with our a/c and heating and have had nothing but amazing service. He’s punctual, friendly, and good at what he does. We will be WestTex costumers for life.

So not only did they be honest about the price to repair my out of date unit that was prone to leaks they offered me the price and repair of the part and having to fill the coolant once or twice a year and then showing me the price to replace it but with a ten year parts and service for free! I took it because the part needing to be replaced is hard to find and cost over $900 just for the part, not service and it was not insured so if it went out again that's another bill plus the coolant refills. They mounted the unit to the wall and let me pick whether to let grass grow or pick something else in the land my old unit inhabited. They accidentally cut the cable because our cable provider tapped into the old satellite connections outside of the house. I couldn't run sprinklers either since and thought that must be the same reason but Josh came over on his free time, discovered it was a different issue but stayed and fixed that issue that was not related at all and at no charge, just wanted a fair review so here it is. This company is old school which is super rare these days and even if not their fault they go out of their way on their day off to help, thank you Josh and your team for installing my beautiful and trustworthy hvac system, you're all the best in this industry, no lie, I'm so lucky to have you

Colton and his partner were so nice and super helpful while being informative. They took initiative and helped diagnose the issue we had. Def recommend.

One of the technicians and his partner came out on Friday to diagnose my air conditioning problem. They tried to fix/ diagnose the problem then quoted me over $700 to install a return air vent that would “maybe” help the problem. Called them back Monday to see if a seasoned technician would come back so we could get a plan together to actually fix everything. He then quoted me over $20,000 to have a new air conditioning system installed. Called another company and they said the would do it for $12,000. Please for your sake take your money elsewhere!

10 out of 10. Scheduled an appointment at 10pm and they came out at 8am the next morning. They have the professionalism and knowledge that made a cranky and hot homeowner relaxed. %100 recommended these guys. Thank yall.

I called 6 different companies to get quotes to look at our air conditioner which wasn’t blowing as cold as it should have. On the phone, I was able to talk through the issue and get a quote and get on the schedule without hassle. I received a call the day of with a schedule confirmation. Josh arrived on time and was willing to talk me through different options, answered all of my questions, and was upfront about the cost of the different choices. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend their services.

I couldn’t be more happier with West Tex Air especially with nearing 100 degrees and a broken A/C Josh came to the rescue and did what he needed to do to get my ac running again. They were quick to respond and kept me informed along the way of issues they discovered and how they were going to fix them. Everyone that's come out have been very friendly. They may have even helped with things they weren't there for like chasing off 4 1/2 snakes. That's right, more than one.

A excellent company that we have recently started using on our commercial properties. They have shown the ability to operate the HVAC system in an office building that has individual thermostats in every office. We look forward to working with them on less complex HVAC systems on both commercial and residential properties.

For someone who has high anxiety the guys were very nice and pleasant. Robert and his sidekick were informative when I had questions and eased my worried mind. Will always use Hart heating and air. Two years ago Brett and his sidekick fixed my furnace motor and was the first time I used the company. Just truly great company and great guys. The Best!

Mike and his assistant were very personable, knowledgeable, and skilled. I liked the fact that I called at 7:00 in the morning and received a call back in the next few minutes from the owner to schedule my appointment. A couple of hours later Mike arrived and took care of all my AC issues. I will definitely be using Hart Heating and AC again.

We called Hart, they were able to come check my A/C the next day. They did a thorough inspection and were able to use a new part to help my unit run again. They were polite, helpful and explained everything well. It was a great experience! I would highly recommend.

James was very knowledgeable on his service call. He was polite and mannerly and explained everything he was doing. Cleaned my unit, checked my filters, and cleaned up after his inspection of my unit. Even remembered to turn off the light switch in the attic when he was through. Highly recommend this company.

Keith was awesome. Very compassionate and helpful in explaining the issues. He went to work on my Airbnb while a guest was there and was very communicative and conscientious about leaving the guest out of it and not going through the house. Great work!
