Brett came to a heater service call at my house, encountered something he never seen before, and was still able to fix it within 2 hours with brand new parts! On top of that he cleaned the unit outside unit, screwed in an electrical box the wind had blown loose, and gave me some important maintenance information!! Honestly, I'm running out of adjectives to impart the quality of the service! I was presented with several payment options to choose from to fit our budget and was able to find the perfect one!

Very prompt service! James was very fast in diagnosing the problem. He replaced the condenser connector. Also installed ac flood switch and condenser motor overload switch. He checked the refrigerant levels also. The lady that took the service called very friendly and helpful.
Hart always does a great job for ac/ heating needs. I have used them several times!

The technician Steven was very knowledgeable and professional! He had a great understanding of all components and was very thorough in troubleshooting my unit. Beyond that he went over every option available to repair my unit properly at the most cost effective price. The owner Keith was very helpful as well and was quick to respond with advice and information all over the weekend at undesirable hours of operation. I have used Hart Heating and Air in the past and had the same results! They are a first class company and care about their customers! Still waiting for parts , but I know that I will be taken care of as soon as parts arrive!

Mike T was a quick to isolate our furnace issues! He worked quickly to correct those issues as well as service our unit. We’ll be happy and confident to call Hart Heating & A/C.

The young man that serviced my heating system was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained what he did and even went further to clean all around the unit. The price was reasonable for what he did to replace the blower motor.

I was referred to Hart for my AC; should’ve left review sooner totally forgot until a good friend asked me who to call…

Hart came in and did honest work; needed a simple fix and they did that… I have no clue about AC/Heating and easily could’ve been taken advantage of.

From the Owner Keith all the way down to the youngest installer they were very respectful and accommodating. They did an amazing job replacing my HVAC System. That’s the A/C Condenser and Heating System. Also building a new return air platform with a “4” zoning Air supply System. The pricing was very competitive and a great value for the price.

We will always call Hart from now on. We are extremely appreciative of the team at Hart. The owner, Keith, listened and took the time to come up with a great plan to get our families unit working at an affordable price. The team went above and beyond to make sure our system was cleaned and working properly before closing our ticket. We have never had this service from any provider we’ve used.

Had a completely new AC system installed. They installed it the very next day after we accepted the quote and had us up and running the same day. They even came back to help us with a few things we needed after the install at no extra charge. Highly recommend — Keith was great!
