We had a problem with our plumbing under our driveway that we initially were quoted a very high estimate in amout to fix and time wise. When I reached out to Comfort Masters, not only did they half the price I was initially quoted by another company, but came out the next day and fixed it! They were extremely professional and reasonable on all fronts. I will forever refuse to use anyone but them for my plumbing and AC needs!

I have been using Comfort Masters for years, each technician has been nice, informative, honest, and clean. Isaiah came out on a weekend to install a new water heater and represented the company’s values and integrity with pride. I would and have recommended Comfort Masters to anyone needing service.

I will never recommend or use Comfort Masters ...the technician Issiah was cocky, smacking on his gum, less than 5 minutes came in to tell me that whatever estimate was given for repair would be much more and continued to go on and on about how much more my costs would be. I couldn't even stand to remain in his presence...

Isaiah and Juan were very professional and did an outstanding job replacing our kitchen sink ,faucet and of all the pvc pipes under the sink. They also replaced one of our bathroom faucets. Y’all have some very good workers in these two guys. I would have them back to do other things for our house in a heartbeat.

I was not happy that the two guys you sent to repair my plumbing would arrive at 10 AM and then leave at 2:30 PM each day. One would break for lunch. They left me and my wife without water over the weekend only to return on Monday at 10 Am and finish up by noon.
This is my first bad experience with Comfort Masters work on my plumbing or my HVAC system.

Isaiah and Juan did a great job at fixing fixing our toilets. They addressed root cause, not just the obvious issue, showed great customer service, were clean, and asked if I had any questions.

Darius fixed my heater in less than an hour. He was very polite and pleasant the whole time. I will call comfort master’s again!

I have been very impressed with the service provided. Jordan assisted with a tricky valve replacement and continued to provide support after installation. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate if I have future needs.

Emergency water leak: came within a day of calling and even bumped up our time as they could. Extremely kind, professional, and took the extra step in their work to make sure it was done right to last longer. (Left the pipes so we could tie into them as we decided in the future since we had to replace our bathroom vanity with a different size. Also took the extra step in making sure there was no tension on the existing pipes that could cause damage in the future)

We had a plumbing issue for several months and the previous plumber couldn’t fix the problem. Well we’re reluctant to pursue another plumber to fix what seemed as a difficult issue the previous plumber could not fix. The issue continued and I called Comfort Masters for the first time to see if they could repair the problem. Well, I can’t say enough about the service technician Isaiah Aviles-Hansen.
