Had to call this clown back 3 times total to fix a tub / overflow leak after he told me that the overflow is supposed to leak inside my house. Also up charged me after showing up with no tools & used my tools to get the work done.

Ok.

Pro Flow services all ten of my rent houses and my homestead and is great to work with. Usually on site within 2 hours of first contact.

Office staff is friendly on the phone and they get someone over very quickly. I've had them over 3 times in the last few years all good experiences! I highly recommend.

I used this company since I moved to Lubbock. It was under another name back then. Mike is a wonderful honest person. I had a LOT of plumbing issues and every one was done with a guarantee. I highly recommend Pro Flow

This review is several years late but I had such a great experience, it was always in the back of my mind that I needed to write it. Our house is 50 years old and we were having some slow draining plumbing issues. We called three companies. Two of which recommended expensive solutions that never made sense to us. ProFlow came out and the owner told us instead of going these expensive routes, just simply replace the toilet first with a higher flow model. He never even quoted doing it themselves. After replacing one toilet, we have had ZERO issues for the last 4 years! Since then, I've used them for minor things and recommended them to others. They didn't try to oversell me like the other companies in town. I would trust anything they tell me at this point and you should too.

Called Proflow and was answered promptly. Showed up when they said they would and Andrew was very professional. He was able to clear my drain lines within a timely manner. It was a challenging situation but Andrew worked hard to clear all of our sewer lines. I highly recommend giving them a chance.

PERMANENTLY CLOSED AND OUT OF BUSINESS APPROXIMATELY 4 YEARS AGO. WE HAD USED THEM IN THE PAST SEWER REPAIR BUT THEY ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE
