John came and plumbed bathroom drains and kitchen drain and did it quickly and professionally.

Very rude and unprofessional and rude they share public parking lot with another business and while waiting for order they threat to get me a ticket for waiting on my order . If your business is not getting effect why make a big deal of harass other peoples customers for being there 2 minutes and h car before me that was waiting didn’t get told another . God Bless you and hope your day gets better and you don’t be ugly to other people due to race 😁

Our hot water tank went out and Robert came out within an hour to replace it. Has us up and running in a few hours.

Prompt and effective service! We had Jon, Lee and Malachi helping us and we were very satisfied with their service.

I want to start this off taking accountability that I was stopped in the street waiting for my turn in line at Burritto tower this morning.
All of a sudden I hear someone blaring on their horn (holding it down) I look around and there’s a truck revving its engine and pulling up and slamming their brakes like they were going to ram into my car. I look at the truck and it has flashing headlights (not red and blue) but flashing like an undercover vehicle. So I panic I can tell they wanted me out of their way but the traffic was speeding past me and I couldn’t he continues to lay on the horn. I’m terrified and shaking at this point I realize this isn’t a police vehicle. I wait for traffic to slow down I get out and proceed to try to take a photo of the driver as well as the license plate. At this time another employee comes out yelling and recording me. There were 3 men from this business out there at this point. One of them tells me “I hope your burrito is worth it while another is (yelling)calling me inappropriate names. They were swarming all around me (recording and yelling at me) The line moved forward and I was able to pull my car up. The employee that initiated all of this tears past my car and hauls butt down 34th.
The employee that came out of Threshold Plumbing recording and yelling at me is still out there yelling at me that I’m in their driveway. I told him all he had to do was ask me to move and I would have happily have moved. The way this all played out was terrifying and uncalled for. They are bullies and grown men with an anger problem.
At no point was I ugly or disrespectful.

Threshold plumbing has a great team. Very efficient and works hard to get the job done. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I highly recommend James with Threshold Plumbing! He came to the rescue promptly, was very friendly, and had my problems taken care of quickly and efficiently. He even cleaned up the work area so well you wouldn't even know anything had been wrong!

John Schooler did an excellent job installing my new ro system and running the line through my cabinets to the refrigerator. Very knowledgeable and polite.

Great and quick service! Our water heater broke and we got someone to come in less than 30 minutes. Lee worked fast and did a great job.
